The IFBB NY Pro is just over 5 weeks away and Kai Greene is hard at work,
doing everything he can to secure his second championship in NEW YORK!
FLEXonline caught up with Greene in his hometown of Brooklyn, NY and
followed him through a back workout.
Each week leading up the NY Pro, the EMPIRE STATE OF MIND video series

Would have been nice if kai did even a few seconds of posing for the vid or at least worn a tank, but i remember him mentioning before that he doesnt like doing that during recorded training sessions
