kai's one of the few pros that actually does pull ups; it's a rarity these days for some reason.

kai's one of the few pros that actually does pull ups; it's a rarity these days for some reason.

Im sure it gets really difficult to do pullups when you're 260+... You must have really strong lats. Kai is prolly around 280ish doing pullups, thats mad lat strength.

true enough i guess. if you started doing pullups when you first start lifting wouldn't it be easier to transition to 260 pounds bodyweight pullups as apposed to doing lat pulldowns when you first start lifting then just deciding i'll do some pullups (at 260lbs)? i think if most pros did that they would have a back like kai or victor. if my theory is right.

^ MOST wont have back like Kai's no matter what they did but you are right in thinking that regular pull-ups throughout one's career would definitely go a long way towards building a great back!
