It takes more effort to upload the photo off the camera onto imageshack and post than it does to take a decent picture. I've been watching this thread now for ages and half of the "problems" would be solved if you just posted decent quality pics rather than another rebuttal with a grainy, out-of-focus shot of your dirty mirror.

personally I'd recommend a good diet. You're bodyfat being that high isn't so great for making gains. You're easily over 20%, that's just hurting you in the long run in terms of bodybuilding.

See, wasn't so hard was it? Though the shots still could be better. The back double bicep isn't as bad as I thought, but the lat spread doesn't give you any justice. Waist is as wide as your back in the lat spread.
Try working on your posing more.

like what i said before and then clint echo'd your bodyfat is unproductively high. Cut, learn to pose then work on chest and back they will look good after a cut but they will still be behind your arms and delts.

When you do a back double bi, raise your arms up more. It'll also help if you stand further from the camera like you did in the lat spread picture. A front double bi would be good as well, as long as the picture quality is clear and you stand far enough away. Just keep in mind that you're not helping yourself by posting poor quality pics, hiding certain bodyparts, or being too close to the camera. After all, it's what you look like to people in person that matters. Props for being willing to post up pics, though.

Your bodyfat is a bit high but nothing outrageous. I'll hold on to the rest of the assessment for when a better front double bi and back double bi are uploaded. Maybe a picture of you just standing relaxed where we can see your entire upper body, too.
