Well my point wasn't so much you not knowing the specifics as it was pointing out the variability inherent to such forms of testing. Technique error is extremely common in skin-fold tests and, moreover, this method has proved to be less accurate than once thought. All I'm saying is, you may not be 25%, but you may not be below 18% either, which, in either case, disqualifies the ripped to the bone adage. I'm not trying to pick on you, I'm just trying to put what some of the others have been saying into perspective.i think the formulas variate depending on the sites they take for me was on 3 sites the arms, the stomach and the legs i dunno what formula it was and how its called

Lurker, your arms are huge but they look like crap with your body because your so out of proportion. I think you need to stop training your arms, lose the bitch tits and then build up your chest (by far) and then back.

We aren't saying you are obese. We are just saying you aren't as lean as you claim to be.
