Braaq.. yeah love them reverse benches, my chest is a weakness so it makes a good indirect stimulus for that problem as well, and its great of triceps as expected!

ok ive been lazy not posting my last session but it went ok, i had to train early in the day on two liquid meals, so i went backwards doing incline Db's but everthing else was fine, no improvement but maintained as such......

im feeling the beginnings of overtraining, really tired, and i have to do cardio for a lifeguarding job trial thingy, so im going to train soft or have a week off the weights while i get ready for that, because it means money, but i wont loose anything and i need the rest anyway!

ive made some steady gains in size and strength for the last few weeks...

so basically...........im at a crossroads........im thinking of going back to Dc or making a new routine all together........becuase i will be working maybe 7 days a week or 6 at the beach all day, i think doing an upper/ lower split will make life easier if i miss a day due to fatigue. my current program has 9 days between bodyparts, so if i miss even a day it can be a problem as the days between workouts is at a limit i think!

any thoughts, ill post a few ideas for new routines up and maybe poll them!

ay yo im back, well i did one cycle of my new program, and im starting my log from the second, a cycle is 4 training sessions, which takes about 9 days!

i'll start the log from cycle 2 but!

12/12/07 it my b'day yo 22, what a dud age!

Upper 1a.2

Bench Press:

80 kg , 5 reps
90 kg , 5 reps
90 kg , 5 reps
100 kg , 5 reps
110 kg , 5 reps easy peasy japeneasy

Jerk and Press: go for you delts and relieving sexual tension

60 kg , 5 reps
60 kg , 5 reps
65 kg , 5 reps
70 kg , 5 reps
75 kg , 5 reps Cakewalk, i reckon i can do 85 kg for 5

Dips:

BW , 12 reps (good but looking for more reps)
BW , 10 reps

PulldownS: ultra wide straight bar grip

200lb , 9 reps ok should be doing better, need better form
200lb , 7 reps
200lb , 7 reps

Reverse rows:

60 kg , 8 reps
80 kg , 8 reps
100 kg , 10 reps improved but i need to progress on these, i didnt feel it in my back as good as usual! watch form!

that is all, my new program is like a fusion bastard breed of my last program and DC style, like an old chinese woman once told me concerning interbreeding, 'the first cross is always good looking......the second not so'

fuck got a terrible flu atm, cant train, just starting to get a little better today, very annoying i get through 5 workouts and then bang time off again, oh well best to heal, but yeah really putting a damper on my progress, having said that ive got more than enough progress this year, so maybe i'll diet through the festive season and get abs back...............colds are gay....thanks for the kind words mecca folk
