hell yeah lol, im a sick deadlifter, but my other lifts need some work! my philosophy is, if you can be strong on one lift, you can be strong on all lifts!

True that, I dont considerj any of my bodyparts weak compared to the others because of that same philosophy through out the years. :tiphat:

good attitutude, ive got a mate who always says, that your weaknesses are gentic etc, i agree as far a structual weaknesses, but i knew when i decided at college it wanted to build a back, it took one summer to make a great wing span, it took 6 months to build some ok legs (from a previous nothing), everytime i apply myself, i get stronger on the basic exercise for that muscle group and i bring my body further into balance, im still not perfect, but considering i didnt train legs or back until id been training 2 years or more, the amount of imporvement this year alone, has me convinced i will get there or fucking close.

gotta go drop a bog monster and go to the gym, did my last uni assignment ever hopefully, this arvo, so life is good, im tired as fuck, but i gotta lift for a reward to myself

BB Curls:

50 kg , 10 reps (stagnant)

Reverse Grip Bench (smith):

40 kg , 12 reps
60 kg , 12 reps
100 kg , 12 reps (pb)

Preacher Curl:

20 kg , 8 reps
25 kg , 8 reps (need to up to 30 kg)
40 kg , 8 reps (pb)

Skullcrushers:

20 kg , 12 reps (need to increase)
30 kg , 12 reps (need to increase)
50 kg , 12 reps (pb)

Ab Machine:

12# , 15 reps
12# , 13 reps
12# , 12 reps

finished my last uni essay ever, hopefully today, ive definately passed two of my 5 subjects this semester, so im only waiting on 3 of them! fingers crossed!

had a good sesion despite feeling like im about to overtrain, i might throw a day or two's rest in next week just incase!

im hungry!

Damn all those exercises stand out!
Try upping the weight on BB curl and lowering the reps and doing like 3 or 4 sets of 5 reps or something to jolt them out of stagnation.
Rev grip close grips are strong and skullcrushers are sweet too. Looks like your body is agreeing with your philosophy about being strong all over!

i've noticed alot of people doing over 100lb bb curls more and more
damn, im so far behind, haha.. 10reps though, thats even more impressive
also those skull crushers, hmm.. i tried those a couple times, found out
can't do it passed 50lbs, both arms pop out. damn, over 100lbs skull crushers..
i feel inferior , keep up the good work rider

Incline DB:

35 kg , 11 reps (improved )

Dips:

BW , 12 reps (improved)
BW , 6 reps ( lol i was fucked)

Jerk and Press:

60 kg , 5 reps
60 kg , 5 reps
65 kg , 5 reps
70 kg , 5 reps
75 kg , 5 reps (pb, easy as)

Lateral Raise:

15 kg , 12 reps (improved)
12.5 kg , 12 reps

was a pretty good session, trained with the GF again, she got heaps shitty coz she went backwards on her jerk and presses, she didnt eat enough today, it was really funny she got mega dark and moody, which is exactly how i go when i go backwards lol, its a good sign that she is investing emotionally in the gym work, which is cool as vagina!

had a fat pork cutlet for dinner, it was ripping, with some nice curry rice left over from lunch, boil some rice with veggies and a good curry paste/mix and a can of tomatoes, then when it becomes a rissotto kind of mix serve it with some lime juice on top, fucking ripping tasty.

have to try and get fit for lifeguarding proficiency, got about 3 weeks lol and im about 10 kgs heavier than last year, hopefully i will pass, and i'll get 7 days a week for 6 weeks, so it will be a nice fat chunk of money to have before i start casual teaching!

delts, but there is alot upper back and probably some bicep stimulation yanking the bar up! when i press it, i do it with good form, i dont push it up with my legs, olympic lifting or anything, i press it like a good military press, but i do the first part of the movement oly lifting style
