DB Curls: 15/8, 20/8, 25/9*3*3 (15 rp)
(11-20 rp)

Hammer Curls: 20/10 (10 ss) didnt quite get the reps but will next time!
(11-20 ss)

Leg Press Calf: 100lb/12, 200lb/14, 300lb/12 (12 ss)
(10-12 ss)

Stiff Leg Deadlift: 100/8, 140/8, 160/8 (8 ss)
(6-10 ss)

Front Sqaut: 60/10, 80/5, 100/6 (PB), 60/11 (aiming for 20 gay)
(6-10) (20) didnt make the widow cause i went soft, i'll get to it eventually!

ok session, next week i start the search for progression, stay tuned, ya mum's do!

cheers for stopping by everybody! i appreaciate the support!

Rocky: yeah ive snuck in a few Pb's already, now i gotta up it from here, last time i did DC i was progressing constantly, so im hoping for an even better run this time!

im only geting like 180-200 grams of protein a day though, and about that in carbs! so far i ok! but i might have to up it as i go! but im trying too slim down a little, and maybe have a look at competing this year!

Lateral Raise: 10/10, 15/12*6*4 (22 rp) Progressed
(20-30 rp)

Dips: BW/5, BW +15/6*3*2 (11 rp) stagnant!

Undergrip Chin: BW-10/10, BW/6*3*2 (11 rp) stagnant

Rack Dead: 160/5, 180/5, 200/7 (pb), 170/6 (went way backwards)
(6-9) (9-12)

ok session, stalled on the chins and dips, but my rep range is quite low so its harder to progress, i'll keep at it but! the rack deads were good, except my lighter set at the end was fucked, i was done from the previous effort!

(15-30 rp)

One Leg Press: 200lb/6, 300lb/7 (7 ss) 1 up, [both legs] 350lbs/20 (20 ss) up 50 lbs
(6-10 ss) (20 widowmaker)

sorry if its a little confusing, 1 ups refer to rep progression from last time, and up 50lbs is an increase in weight, so im letting you know how i went compared to last time!

i do one leg press, but do it normal for the widowmaker for safety!

but yeah, great session, i progressed on everything!

here's my movie trivia question for the day!

Q. what do these movies and tv show have in common, 'the rules of attraction', 'A knights tale' and 'Dawsons Creek'............this is like a degree of seperation type quiz! winner gets a picture of pickle in a dress, looking hotter than a thai tranny with a 9 inch working meat wand!

the answer is: james van der beek is in 'dawsons creek' and 'the rules of attraction', Michelle Williams is in 'Dawsons creek' and was married to Heath Ledger, Heath was in 'A knight tale' and co-starred with that chick who is in 'the rules of attraction also'. as you can see its quite a tight circle!

the session take probably 1 h 15 mins, some time 1 hour 30 mins! i really should get them in an hour, but some of the lifts require me to have a breather!
