Hello everyone I start my first training log in here

My height is 180cm and weight is about 82kg My age is 17years

I have ben training about 2 years now

My personal best`s= Bench press 1x6x100kg, Squat 1x8x120kg 1x4x130kg and 1x20x100kg, Bicepscurl 1x5x50kg, Deadlift is weak as my all resulst 1x4x150kg, :rofl3:

Workout

Today`s workout

1. Barbell Incline bench press warmup sets 2x15x20kg 1x5x40kg 1x5x60kg, Worksets= 1x6x80kgPB 1x10x70kgPB 1x8x70kg

2. Barbell flat bench press 1x8x90kg 1x10x80kg pretty good after incline bench

3.Dip 1x15xBodyweight

4.Barbell shoulder press 2x5x50kg

5.cable standing fly 1x10x25kg drop 1x8x15kg

6. Ab crunches about 15 sets

Nice workout, awesome pump in chest:headbang:

2. Legpress 3 warmup sets and workset=1x15x284kgPB

2. V-Bar Pulldown very clean teckhnic 1x10x80kg 1x5-6x90kg drop 1x8x60kg, 1x10-12x70kg drop 1x8x40kg

3. Hammer low row 1x10x40kg 1x10x80kg 1x8x100kg 1x6x120kg

4.pulldown 5 sets

5.dumbell curls 5 sets
