Why didn't you crack out the 10 rep dip set first? You might have been able to make 15reps if you were fresh.
You warm-up with your working weight? Seems a bit silly. You'd be better off with some assisted dips, or at least only bodyweight dips as a warm-up.
What kind of split are you training with? Congrats on the great PB!
