He always had crazy shoulders. Even when he was younger and all the way up until he retired. He was known for his shoulders, chest and back.

It looks like an older pic. He's in off season right now and not as conditioned like in the pic.

His structure and proportions are amazing. To be honest, Flex Lewis is lucky guys like Derek or Hadi weren't in their prime while was Mr. Olympia because he would not be a 7 x Mr. O.
