After thousands TKOL posts, it is great to see Iceman back to his original posts haha.

Btw I miss the old hardcore training videos of Branch and JOJ before the Arnold every year from 2010 or so until later on.
I wasn't really a fan of his physique but he always looked decent and in great conditioning.

Kai at the 2009 Arnold was miles better than his 2010 version imo.

Jay Cutler - 2002 Arnold Classic Winner!!!

Jay was a beast at the 2002 Arnold. How interesting would have been to see this version of him at the 2002 Mr Olympia as well.

Yes, Kai 2009 AC was great. His conditioning was off in 2010.

Jay would have won in 2002 if he showed up.

I used a pic of both Kai & Phil because it was extremely close between the two of them. Kai was the defending champion & had the momentum coming into the contest. Although Kai was obviously bigger, Phil clearly had better conditioning. In the end, the judges went with size over conditioning. Also, this was the very last time Phil ever lost to Kai!!!

He looked like an early 90's Levrone or Flex, in that 2010's lineup.
