Evo - Thanks, brother. Back feels better and we're good to go today for destroying delts :xyxthumbs:

BPP - Thanks for the comment, the back is actually feeling better today and as for the rows...I'll be happy with them once I'm on the "third floor" if you know what I mean :2:

Q - Don't worry about missing a few workouts in my log brother, you're a busy man and bringing something completely unique to the forum. I'm glad you liked the back routine though because today's delt routine should be murder :weightlifter:

FF - Yeah, sorry about not being able to provide any real weights for now. The way I would look at it is that I'm just trying to improve and move up either settings or reps with each workout. I'll worry about the real weight and be able to get you guys some pretty decent numbers when I go back to school on the 27th or 28th.

mvsf1 - Thanks man. Taking it easy is exactly what I did; I took yesterday off and iced it and made sure to not do anything stupid with it. Today I feel ready for battle.

Tweak - Man, you've gotta say "man" more than anyone else in history; Paulie was right :49:

Thanks a lot for the post though, since I can't go very heavy at home I just up my reps and let me tell you, I severely miss heavy weights and low reps haha. Make sure to check back for shoulders later today ;)

T.O. - No worries about missing some sessions man, I just appreciate it everytime you find time to come in and post here; it means a lot. I'm doing my best to keep my numbers (and weight) up for now and I'll make sure to hit up your log when I get back from the gym today as well :2:

Quick Update: Took yesterday off to let my lower back heal and it feels good today (like 90-95%) so I'll be taking to the gym to hit delts and traps only today, meaning I'm going to give them all I have. I have a final math exam beforehand and woke up a little early to do a final project I hadn't started yet (oops) so I don't know how my energy will be but I'll definately give it my all today. I'm running high on coffee right now and I'll even try to get a clip of me doing DB Shoulder Presses (hopefully the 100's)! Take care everyone, see you later today

Alright, took my math final today and handed in my final presentation meaning I am finally done with school for the summer. Wow, two whole weeks of freedom before school starts again! LOL. Anyways, I got to the gym after class feeling pretty solid despite getting up at 5:30am and not getting too much sleep before then. Good thing caffiene is such a common commodity! I was going to try to take a clip but I'm going to make sure I can upload the videos from my camera onto my comp first so I'll probably run a test later today. Okay, enough stalling...here we go...

That's all she wrote for today. It'll probably be a rough go of things from here on out because I'll be working any day they could possibly need me until I leave for school again, but I'll do my best to keep things hard and heavy. Tomorrow I'm taking a day off and then it's chest and arms again on Thursday. Thanks for reading, hit 'em hard :weightlifter:

MM - Thanks man, I'll do my best to enjoy these two weeks off from school but they'll probably be worse because I'll be working 6-7 days a week for up to 15 hours a day. Oh well, I still need to buy about $110 worth of supps before I return to school yet (all protein basically...yeah...big and long bulking season approaching) so I'm definately going to need the dough from work. Always like seeing you come by here :2:

Tweak - Thanks man, to be honest I feel like a bitch if I can't do over 100 pounds on DB exercises anymore (not that I ever look at others in that light, I just hold myself to really high standards). Looking forward to those 100's at school...and the 110's...and the 120's...and the 130's...LOL

BPP - Thanks for the compliment and even greater thanks for asking about the back. It felt a little tight about halfway through the workout today and is a bit sore now but should be fine by morning. I plan on buying a belt before getting into my full bulking mode to help stablize it (and to help keep my stomach under control haha).

PS: Start a log already!!

BB - Yeah man, for whatever reason I just hate resting too long. If I'm feeling good, I hit that shit then and there. I can't wait for the bulk too, and even moreso I can't wait to trade all my Smith Machine workouts for Squat Racks! Always love to see you post in here, means a lot brother :2:
