M4B.is thank u for this motivation and the good gear credits u come thru to Muscle Mecca Contest winners. Thanks to Mountain-man for working hard making this exciting. Muscle mechanic plans are this. I have been out gym and eating shit food. I will change all that!!! My plan is to get ripped and grainy by end of this contest. I will work different then most guys with strategy. I will get diet in check get lean with short esters then transition to long esters. The end will be surprise!! Lol I will be shooting for 3500 cals a day to start. Protein around 250 grams. Carbs and fats will adjust. Will post everyday or so. Workouts will be posted too. I have been out gym for 8 weeks except for some dumbells, pushups, and pullups now and then. Very little. I will workout 5 days a week Chest Monday abs BackTuesday cardio 20 min Legs Wednesday abs Shoulder Thursday cardio 20 min Arms Friday abs I will do high intensity Burst supersets 3 movement rotations My cycle will start like this Test prop 75mg-100mg ED Tren ace 75-100mg ED Mast prop 100mg ED Primo e 75mg ED Proviron 100mg ED Aromasin 12.5 mg eod T3/t4 mix 50mcg of each then t3-20mcg t4-100mcg adjust more t3 as needed Hgh 5iu ED Cialis 10mg a day Will add oral anavar then winny later Will switch to sust, prop, mast prop, primo e, later.. Will use IGF later Hgh and thyroid all the way thru Will post workouts every few days with diet and update changes as needed. Here are start photos the last photo is what I am shooting for or better. I am 42, 5'8" 205 lbs Wanna lower bf% and hold around 195lbs. As said last photo is goal but hopefully bigger. Last photo was end of November 2017 around 8-10 weeks ago!!! Ok got thread started now I will keep up with everything else!!
