I have been out gym and eating shit food. I will change all that!!! My plan is to get ripped and grainy by end of this contest. I will work different then most guys with strategy. I will get diet in check get lean with short esters then transition to long esters. The end will be surprise!! Lol I will be shooting for 3500 cals a day to start. Protein around 250 grams. Carbs and fats will adjust. Will post everyday or so. Workouts will be posted too. I have been out gym for 8 weeks except for some dumbells, pushups, and pullups now and then. Very little. I will workout 5 days a week Chest Monday abs BackTuesday cardio 20 min Legs Wednesday abs Shoulder Thursday cardio 20 min Arms Friday abs I will do high intensity Burst supersets 3 movement rotations My cycle will start like this Test prop 75mg-100mg ED Tren ace 75-100mg ED Mast prop 100mg ED Primo e 75mg ED Proviron 100mg ED Aromasin 12.5 mg eod T3/t4 mix 50mcg of each then t3-20mcg t4-100mcg adjust more t3 as needed Hgh 5iu ED Cialis 10mg a day Will add oral anavar then winny later Will switch to sust, prop, mast prop, primo e, later.. Will use IGF later Hgh and thyroid all the way thru Will post workouts every few days with diet and update changes as needed. Here are start photos the last photo is what I am shooting for or better. I am 42, 5'8" 205 lbs Wanna lower bf% and hold around 195lbs. As said last photo is goal but hopefully bigger. Last photo was end of November 2017 around 8-10 weeks ago!!! It's was hard to find time to post everything.
So catching up now kids in bed.

I will use
Tren ace 75-100mg ED
Test prop 75mg-100mg ED
Mast p 100mg ED
Primo e 75mg everyday

Aromasin 12.5 mg eod or so.
Waiting on Nolva then will do 10mg a day
Cut AI down

Proviron 100mg every day
Anavar 75mg ED

T3/t4 mix and adjust between 50mcg if each to 100mcg T4 and less T3

Hgh 5iu thru

Started everything was off and out gym since Dec 1st

I have more gear and hgh am grabbing
Deciding on what??
Gonna get some igf too not sure if Des or Lr3?? Will see

While primo e builds I will also start adding in Sust to build

I will switch to
Sust 125mg eod
Prop 50-75mg every opposite day of sust
Mast prop 75mg ED

Stay on Avar 75mg a day

Will update this part.

Igf I will use one of 2 ways.
Either at night before bed in muscles trained that day or towards exhaustion point of workout at end.
I will be using HUMAN GRADE IGF 98.6% ,so results will be superior over these 96% non-human non binding grades!!!!!
Igf still needs to have pathway open to unlock receptors the Half-Life only slows destroying binding protiens from inactivating. It does nothing at all for anything else.
If receptors are unlocked, and purity high enough they will accept IGF into receptors.
Igf doesn't just float in body till it finds a receptor!!! Either it's accepted at right time are isn't!!!
Other than that a pump is just from its insulin like affects and does nothing for cells to create satilite new cells!!!
It has to bind at receptor for this to happen!!!


Tomorrow diet and workouts will start being done and typed to log.

I will go by feel at gym. Started Hgh 2 weeks ago and golfer elbow in both arms started again.... better than carpal tunnel that keeps me up though!!!

I will keep this up, and it will also go towards other boards as well to be a contributing member with a log that works to follow if anyone wants to. Lol!!

I hope y'all realize that the "Good" photo when I was in shape was from Dec 1st.
I put it as a goal to meet but maybe 5 lbs heavier I was 196 in the good photo am 205 ATM.
Am solf all pants too tight. Lol

I will just be starting up. Tomorrow will get workout in. Never could today.

I also have been suffering with bad stomach issues. Bad diet, stress, indigestion been bad.
Gas, bloating, not able to sleep. Sitting up to sleep. Started prilosec about 10 days ago and it's just getting better past few days.

All my blood work was good. Only thing I gotta go do is a Theraputic phlebotomy but blood cells were just at top of range.

But the stomach issues have been keeping me from working out. They may be clear.

Me too, switching to prevacid soon.
Gonna get some and switch.
Tried this one the prilosec and disappointed. Woman picked it up the brand at that. Lol

It all good.
These contest help us in more than one way.
One way is to copy what someone else is doing and apply it see if it works.

One can follow another's workout plan. Or store link to threads to get back to them in future.

One can do same with diet.

Also supps, or gear. One can use as a guide or example to mimic on a cut.
But doses are person and tolerate dependent!!!

I will get some stuff done in a moment.
As said before my diet is prolly by far the worst but I never had to be too strict in my diet. Once I get metabolism going I need need adequate protien and I cut carbs when necessary.

Being end if week I will finish it with some stimulation to all muscle groups so soreness isn't too bad when I really follow routine in Monday.

Here is what i will follow. I will change and modify when necessary.

MONDAY CHEST supersets with... it changes

Bench press warm up light for 3 sets

FLAT BENCH
2 sets 6-7 reps
Add weight 4 sets 4-5 reps
Drop weight 2 sets 8 reps
Rest 1 min 45 sec between sets

INCLINE SEATED PRESS weight plates loaded on each side of the machine.
3 sets 7 reps Rest 1 min 20 sec
3 sets 5 reps start supersets with bodyweight shifted forward on dips legs pointed back behind me. No assist then Rest pause 30 secs between each superset.

PEC DECK
4 sets 8 reps
Superset with 4 sets 8 reps cable cross.
Then abs machine 4 sets 15-20 reps
Rest between superset circuit is around 30-40 sec

I walk to each set of supersets slowly and drink but no "Rest" just a pause.
I knock out the sets then take a short rest.
As things get going I get higher and higher intensity and do these in a burst and add more.
This works for me I do no other cardio!!
But it gets intense as I keep altering!!

TUESDAY LEGS
I have a bum back and neck, I am careful these days.

SQUATS
Warm up slow then
3 sets 10 reps
Add weight 4 sets 7 reps
Add 3 sets 5 reps
Drop weight 2 sets 8 reps

LOADED LEG PRESS
3 sets 8 reps
Add weight
3 sets 5 reps
Supset Calves in top position

LEG CURLS
4 sets 6-8 reps
Superset with Leg Extensions 4x6-8
Plus seated Calf Raises 4x15-20

Legs are dead after.
I use the supersets again towards end to bring up heart rate, sweating, and fat burning. The pump is always killer!!!

4x6 I start supersetting with standing EASY BAR CURLS 4×6

CABLE PUSHDOWNS
4X8 i use all weight available on pin.
Superset with BICEP CURL db standing
4x8 of each tricep then bicep right after then Rest then tricep......

CABLE ROPE PUSH DOWNS
4x8 turning wrist at bottom to squeeze triceps bottom muscle
Superset with PREACHER CURLS BICEP 4X8 of couse!! Superset with ab work too.
Incline sit ups....

To be sure burned out I may do tricepts KICKBACKS followed by hammer curls
I will work the db rack dropping weight say from 40lb to 10 lbs.
Bam heart rate up and pump is hard to drive!!!

Fellas this is base of routine I will follow.
I will tweak things with more or less reps but mostly with adding high intensity burst supersets or mini circuits.

It's on!!!
