Just got chest workout with bicep and tricep stimulation.
Tomorrow will do legs
And Sunday back shoulders
These are just to get feet wet.

Monday routine I posted starts and I will post it as it's done.

I will break on next weekend.
From today until next Saturday is to get serious.

And then bicep alternating db curls 4x10 of both just to stimulate.
Also did ab crunches!!!

Before I lifted did 65mg test suspension in shoulder and 50mg Anavar

Total gear I started
Injectables
Test prop 75mg ED
Tren ace 65-80mg ED
Mast prop 75mg ED
Primo e 75mg ED

Orals
Anavar 50mg-75mg ED
Proviron 100mg ED
Aromasin 12.5mg eod

Thyroid
T3/t4 50mcg of each first thing in morning

Hgh 5iu a day 2.5iu first thing in morning
2.5 iu later in afternoon

Cialis 10-15mg ED

Workout in garage will go back to gym Monday

Ok meals for today.
I don't have whey protien powder none ATM but normally don't use that much I eat.
Meal 1
Eggs around 8 whole eggs brown ones
2 toast 7 grain wheat.

Meal 2
1/3 cottage cheese
And banana

Meal 3
Popeye's blackened chicken breast.
10 ounces with sweet potatoe

Meal 4
4 slices of turkey on wheat carb smart tortilla

Meal 5
1/2 cup white rice
8 ounces if chicken breast

Meal 6
Bowl of cereal
Honey bunches if oat

Meal 7 snack yogurt
Granola

This is today and rest of day
Have 4 meals in.
Tomorrow going to grocery store.
Getting alot of yogurt, granola, fruits, more oats, salad, eggs, lean ground beef, chicken, cottage cheese, and lots of fiber.
Taking digestive enzymes with probiotics getting stomach right!!!

I am able to eat alot and not totally clean.
Always had fast metabolism.
If i just clean diet more or cut a meal out and replace with protien shake it makes big difference.
I will post diet plans and meals after shipping over weekend and will use app for calories, carbs, fats to post what I am getting but they never work for me I always need much more calories and food then they figure.

Fellas been busy day.
No workout today.
Tomorrow will get feet wet again and Monday it's a daily routine at least 5 days a week.

I only train 5 days a wk. I never over train and I only train for 40-60 minutes a day.
Mostly 45 minutes but I do high volume high intensity, not alot of rest between sets!!! Like a circuit of 3 burst sets. Bam, bam, bam!!!

I am able to change this way pretty fast once my body figures I will hurt it until it adjusts!!!

I am not sore at all for not being in routine but I did do several 100 pushups a wk,
Alot of pullups chin ups, body weight dips, and some T25 type leg work being I had no access to weights.

So I guess it helped being I am not sore.

Grocery store tomorrow will have food for meal plans.

Also making list of gear to have on hand to decide on what I will transition to from this short ester strength kick start I am doing.
Will go into lean bulk longer esters then switch back to short esters 8 weeks out from end.

900mg npp EOW
900mg tren e EOW. Hell ya you can use it brother it works pretty good for me. After about 4 weeks I really start looking forward to the npp week. After that long at that dose of tren by about the 4-6 day of the tren week the irritability is just about maxed out then it's back to npp. Even if it's just in my head it works for me.

And that part of the cycle was suggested to me by someone way smarter than me. That was just my take on how I respond to it.
