Got up pee early, took
T-3/T-4 50MCG OF EACH
HGH 2.5iu with cup of water went back to bed.

Got up around 1.5 hours later drenched with sweat!!!
Took 50mg PROVIRON

Went in kitchen ate

Me too. Lean ground meat. I need food more choices but not eating junk.
It's pretty good with ground chicken or turkey too. You can use alot better quality pasta then just use their mix as well. Looking like a beast brother
We have to cook meals the kiddos eat too alot. Lol
Or me or her makes me a bunch of burgers lean ground meat, chicken breast too.

But so much rice and gravy from browned smoothered meat here alot of times I just
Pull out meat.

I have been out gym and eating shit food. I will change all that!!! My plan is to get ripped and grainy by end of this contest. I will work different then most guys with strategy. I will get diet in check get lean with short esters then transition to long esters. The end will be surprise!! Lol I will be shooting for 3500 cals a day to start. Protein around 250 grams. Carbs and fats will adjust. Will post everyday or so. Workouts will be posted too. I have been out gym for 8 weeks except for some dumbells, pushups, and pullups now and then. Very little. I will workout 5 days a week Chest Monday abs BackTuesday cardio 20 min Legs Wednesday abs Shoulder Thursday cardio 20 min Arms Friday abs I will do high intensity Burst supersets 3 movement rotations My cycle will start like this Test prop 75mg-100mg ED Tren ace 75-100mg ED Mast prop 100mg ED Primo e 75mg ED Proviron 100mg ED Aromasin 12.5 mg eod T3/t4 mix 50mcg of each then t3-20mcg t4-100mcg adjust more t3 as needed Hgh 5iu ED Cialis 10mg a day Will add oral anavar then winny later Will switch to sust, prop, mast prop, primo e, later.. Gonna go hit a work out in a bit.
I am between job right now so my routine is off.
Normally I work out before work or for lunch break.
Going get it done in after I eat big breakfast waiting.

Woke up took T3/T4
Hgh 2.5iu
Waiting to eat and then going workout.

I need to go get protien today.
Kids have flu so haven't been able to leave much!

I had flu in September, then got the shot at my little loony bin stay!!! Lol!!

So I am immune for this year.
I usually take t3/t4 and Hgh get dressed drink protien and water with orals and workout. Then eat after workout.

Being out of whey protien I have to wait and eat an hour to have something in tank to workout. Whey protien 50 grams in water is what I normally use in tank!!!

I will post my workouts I will be using for the next week or so.

Being end if week I will finish it with some stimulation to all muscle groups so soreness isn't too bad when I really follow routine in Monday.

Here is what i will follow. I will change and modify when necessary.

MONDAY CHEST supersets with... it changes

Bench press warm up light for 3 sets

FLAT BENCH

2 sets 6-7 reps

Add weight 4 sets 4-5 reps

Drop weight 2 sets 8 reps

Rest 1 min 45 sec between sets

INCLINE SEATED PRESS weight plates loaded on each side of the machine.

3 sets 7 reps Rest 1 min 20 sec

3 sets 5 reps start supersets with bodyweight shifted forward on dips legs pointed back behind me. No assist then Rest pause 30 secs between each superset.

PEC DECK

4 sets 8 reps

Superset with 4 sets 8
With cable cross
Superset with abs up incline

Right after workout

Spaghetti not much noodles alot of meatballs

Or TREN E 100 3X WEEK with
TREN ACE 50MG every opposite day

May use EQ in place of tren e and run

Lol!! Alot of pure gear is being used. And MB4TEAM gear he carries like ORGANON Sust, primo, prop, proviron, I have winny and t3/t4 and t4 and prolly more.
