Yesturday was nothing to talk about.
Stayed busy with sick kids and other things.
I have to admit my diet is suffering
But havent had an appetite
Today upon rising
Hgh 2.5 iu and t3/t4 50mcg of each
An hour later
Meal 1
prolly 8 eggs woman made them and 2 wheat toast
Proviron 50mg
Meal 2
2 cups cottage cheese pineapple
Meal 3
Double meat burger
With yogurt
Hgh other 2.5 iu
Anavar 50mg
Waited 40 minutes
Meal 4
50 grams whey protein
Igf in each lat 35mcg per side 70mcg total
Right before workout 2 small red potatoes
Workout back
PULL UPS
palms out feet straight down with
6lb med ball between ankles
4x10-14
BENT OVER ROW SMITH
2x12
5x6-8
LAT PULL DOWNS
5x8
SEATED CABLE ROW
4x8
SUPERSET WITH HAMMER CURLS

Tomorrow leg workout
Sunday full bicept and tricep
MEAL 5 After workout
1 cup white rice
3 chicken thighs
With sausage in gumbo
Meal 6 snack
Cereal and milk 2% honey bunches of oats
Adding more protien powders and food.
Tuning in will try to get cals in line and protiens, carbs, fats and post. Think I figured it out but playing with things.
All gear same
prop 100 mg tomorrow sust 125
Tren ace 65 mg
Mast E 75mg
Primo 75mg
Aromasin 6.25mg
Anavar 50mg
Proviron 100mg
T3/t4 50mcg of each
Hgh 5 iu total
IGF 70mcg
I cut alot of carbs this week. Am flattened out but got fat burning under control real quick. Now I got something to work with.
Will add protien and more carbs switch workout to fasted except for 50 grams whey and eat after.
Will start adding in long esters of sust,
Teen e, mast e, and primo e.
Want Lower doses of test and tren.
If i lean up more I am gonna add ANADROL to this lean bulk!!!
Photo was this morning depleted but I got fat under burning down and food intakes figured out. I always do what started really working and adjust from there!!!
