Weird thing is during off time they were big. Past 3 weeks got smaller but tomorrow will be first real leg day since end of November.

I also had hormone fluctuations.
Mountain-man knows how bad I break out going down to TRT then back into a blast!!!

And I never had acne from gear until after starting TRT. Acne period. But I am getting older too.

I never knew this. The only part I've ever razor shaved is my face, but when I do I get pretty irritated on my neck. I'm going to try cold water next time

Ok today worked out arms bis and tris
And squats.

This week plan is
Monday chest abs
Tuesday full leg day
Wednesday back abs
Thursday shoulders
Friday bis, tris, calves with abs

Ab work is just in supersets towards end not a whole lot sometimes just 4 sets.

Today got up
T3/t4 mix 50mcg of each
Hgh 2.5iu first dose
Waited an hour ate

Meal 1
Bacon alot lot on wheat bread with eggs and tomatoes
2 glasses of 2% high protien milk

Took 50mg Proviron first dose

Meal 2
Beef rump roast from yesterday very lean
8oz plus 1 cup white rice
Serving of broccoli

Meal 3
Yogurt granola a banana

After 1 hour
Priming for workout did rest of gear and hgh
Hgh 2.5iu second dose
Test prop 75mg yesterday was sust 125
Tren a 70mg
Mast p 75mg
Primo e 75mg
Filled rest of pin with TRT cyp maybe 75mg

Took
50mg Proviron 2nd dose
Aromasin 6.25 mg
Anavar 50mg

Cialis 25mg skipped yesterday 10mg

By this time I drank 45 grams protien muscle milk
And shot 30mcg of IGF LR3 in each bicept
60mcg total

So Meal 4
The muscle milk pre workout
And 4 baby white potatoes

WORKOUT Bicepts and Triceps
With Squats. Tricep then bicep sets together each exercise.

Skipped only got 4 workouts in for week so combined some with squats did lunges another day during week.

Warmed up with body weight dips.
3x10
Bicep chin ups 3x8

Tricept skull crushers easy bar
4x10 supersetted from back same position close grip tricep press 4x6
Bicep preacher curls same weight in easy bar 4x10 think I had 4-10s and 1-5 per side
Went good.

Tricep cable push downs wide grip
6x8 heavy
Standing bicep easy bar curl with 5-10s per side 6x6-8

Arms pumped burning
Finished with dumbells
Tricep kick backs
4x10
Hammer curls more like Gorrilla swings
4x10
Started squats behind each set and moved up on weight each time. 1x15, 1x10, 2x8

Then squats 4x6
Superset with lighter rope pushdowns
4x failure each
Bicep low cable rope curls 4x failure each

Was blown out!!!!

Meal 5 right after workout
1 cup white rice 8 oz chicken breast
Sorry no veggies!!

Meal 6
will be honey bunches of oats and 1 cup 2% milk

Gonna be doing or starting
Long esters with these short and change doses may use some Anadrol soon wanna lean down more first and may use deca over tren e??

I will have IGF des and lr3 soon both human grade purity!!!
And some other goodies including new batch of hgh!!

I need Cabasar asap my nips are puffy but not an issue and need NOLVA asap!!
Research grade of either or both fine with me!!!
Limp d8ck happening and can see fluid puffy nip but may be from fat getting lower and a sag that needs to tighten up, I get this. It's the limp part!!

Arms were dead couldn't get a flex couldn't squeeze!!! But tried!!
I think I made progress, and very surprised I started gear and didn't get much workouts in till this week really and some last week.

I was sweating a$$ off and workout was on garage at home never went to gym all week but I got everything at home except machines. Well was drench and it's cold outside here and in garage. Had to open all Windows so I know I pushed, but pushing and supersets high intensity getting heart rate up. I never need cardio and can get to 6% with no cardio besides my high intensity workouts. 45-55 minutes is all I workout 5x wk at most!!

No I haven't, had liver troubles from winny about 11 years ago.
Also hep c but cleared it but weak liver can flare it back up possibly!!
I may or may not use it!
Only way I would use it would be if lean and to put on lean mass and stay cut, so gotta get below 9% bf first. Working on it!!

Anadrol can put on lean muscle without water if everything in check!!
Seen it with alot of guys I know!!

They both raise prolactin and had used a credit order for some Cabar research and nolva at a place it never came. Then I was paying but he said no you got credit it's free. No show no contact so left me in bind waiting.....

It's possible too I need to cut back on aromasin to 12.5 every 3rd day instead of every other day. Not as brave with no Nolva.

Will get some ASAP lower Aromasin in mean time I have letro if I need it.

But almost pos it's prolactin from 5iu hgh and tren.

I hear ya on the ai's. It doesn't take much at all for me. I wiped my estro out one time & that 1 time was enough for me! I use as needed & that's it. Hope you get your bf% down & run the drol

My height still 5'8"
My weight was 203 this morning
So know I lost body fat.
Tren, t3, hgh working except I look smaller that 3 week tren shock smaller look I get at first. But I also haven't been eating junk and almost ready to tune in diet.
Finding my maintance is different as I am between jobs and doing different work on side so activity levels changed.
But also between tren and t3/t4 I am sweating puddles for nothing. Hot constant in house and they cold!!

I am run same exact t3/t4 before hgh and gear same batches and all. Lol!

Brother i bloat in bad places if I bulk or use a bulker if I can't see what's going on.
My bp can get out of hand and I had bad edema and I am scared to death of it again.
Painfull with no sleep.

I will get there u think, then gotta get blood cells down gonna start do Theraputic phlebotomy's until I am at 13 hemoglobin too then will hit 25-50mg adrol a day for 4-5 weeks.

I am also getting rest of stuff like cabar and nolva and Aromasin.
Aromasin easier to dose than adex for myself.

I may start it close to u? Are u running Anadrol? Or dbol? Or both?

Those are great questions bro, but I can't honestly give you a solid answer. I am going to check what all I have & see what my options are. The plan this whole time is to run dbol with sus, but I have drol as well (ppi from m4b) & really want to run it! I have some others I need to look at too & I will probably see what I have going on, than get some advice on my thread of what I should run & when to run what. The more I think about it, the more I want to change my cycle just a little

Ty. Break since Dec helped me heal alot and respond to gears. Started back around 3 weeks ago I guess. 8 weeks off for sure!!
But feel good!!
