No workout today been too busy but hard work is a workout.

Have arms and legs left to do this weekend for wk will get them.

Shoulders yesterday
Shoulder press
5x8
Upright rows
4x6
Super set with
Inner grip shrugs 4x8
Next stuff prolly 5 sets till failure all in row with pause
Db side raise BAM
Front raise BAM
Alternating shoulder press machine BAM
Ab machine BAM
Heavy shrugs BAM
BAM
BAM
BAM
BAM
BAM

Workout was intense had a few watching me go pump was fierce!! Was in zone!!

10-4. Now I’ll know what CTS is in the future. Tendinitis is bad enough I do want to experience CTS.

Do not want to experience CTS
Being a mechanic in life I over developed wrist and hands and forearms.
Not much room for nerves, tendons on vessels in elbows and hands.
I suffered numb Carpal tunnel hands and pain writing even. At night I gotta shake them.

When i get water retention I get edema swelling at night.
To sleep i gotta hang them off bed and being lower helps swelling and pain helping flow.
Sometimes it gets so bad I gotta get up at 3am move around for swelling to subside.
But it's normally from water or my thyroid not set with right dose with hgh.
It hgh with bulkers.

But with hgh over 4 iu and gear more than cruise I gotta use at least 50mcg t3.
Experimenting with more t4!!

My other systems is I can't keeps eyes open during day at times I should be awake and it's not that I am dead tired just that I can take s nap in a parking lot or while had pumps!!

In July my Dr checking free t4 and thyroid stimulating hormone. I will get off before and if I need thyroid he will give.

I have history of having hyper thyroid too much with burn out later and need for meds.
So we will see.

Ty, still been busy as can be.
Lost voice coming down with sore throat wife has same.
Had flu in September and then took shot in December so it shouldn't be much???
Gotta get legs and arms.

Funny thing is a big guy in great shape was doing almost same workout.
We both took advantage of available equip and workouts were almost identical simultaneously

A couple pics.
Hard to tell but I am leaning.

When i start cut then things will happen.
My diet has been alot of food and honey buns, cakes, and protiens with fast carbs.

Some photos this morning depleted np food or movement yet.

Trying but eating more making difference.
To me I am not as full and broad as normally. But things will change hopefully.
In April I will start diet more.
And shedding some but I really can do the cut In 45 days.

I haven't had much time to check out threads but will try.
I will keep going up with intensity and clean diet some in April and cut 45 days before.
Will lean some this week with diet and check bf % at end.
I know trest is putting some bloat and adrol too but it's minimum.
I upped carbs alot

Today nailed arms.
Got bicep and tricep in.

Tendons in elbows hurting and it's like I am getting bad pumps in that area too!!

Will post workout in morning or later.

Switching from letro to aromasin I have more bloat.
Will give aromasin 25mg eod a chance and if not right will do adex
Its trest, anadrol, deca and test I know.
Need under control.
Less pain in hands and elbows with less water.
Also switched t3/t4 from 50mcg of each
To t3/t4 20mcg t3 to 100mcg t4
Will decide if I will add 25mcg more t3
And switch to adex.

When i start cut I won't need much AI till later.

Got up took hgh 2.5iu
T3/t4 20mcg t3 and 100mcg t4
Meal 1
An hour later Ate 2 donuts and 6 eggs with 2 toast
Meal 2
Got ready for gym drank 45 grams protien
Took 50mg Proviron and 50 Anadrol and 15mg Cialis
Hit gym
Meal.3
Double meat burger some fries
Meal 4
Pizza 3 pieces
Meal 5
Shredded wheat and milk

For workout
Arms
Tricep seated machine push downs
Bicep seated curls machine
4x8 of each

Tricep skull crusher
Bicep alt db curls
4x6-8 both

Tricep push downs cable
All weight
Bicep curl cable heavy
4×6 each

Tri ripe pushdowns
Bicep rope curl
Tri dips body weight
Bicep pull ups body weight
3 sets all of above each in row with pause till failure

Then jumped and worked db rack started at 35lb dbs and dropped 5lbs at time till 10s
Did set of hammer curls inner then kick backs
Was done!!!
No photo pump huge!!

Deca 200mg MWF
Primo e 75mg 6 days a wk
Mast E 250mg 4 days wk
Trest ace 20mg 6 days wk

I haven't ate clean and didn't mention all junk i am eating.
It's been stressful lately though

No workout TODAY.
Have bad back but working on floors in squat down position and I am getting alot of leg work.
Legs sore as shit!
Can take legs sore over back from bending or on knees.

Question or advice please!!

Since my switch from t3/t4 was at 50mcg each.

Now mix t3@20mcg t4@100mcg

I am feeling tired more this mix not comparing to other.
Getting water retention and edema in hands at night and feet hurt too!!

So I gotta adjust
Should I add t3@25mcg
Or t4 50-100mcg to my t3/t4 mix of
20mcg t3 and 100mcg t4????

Where or how to adjust my instinct is to go with more t3 put me at 45mcg to
100mcg t4??

I am on 5 iu hgh and 50mcg t3/t4 normally is my lucky #

For me, I would look at the high as the culprit for the water retention. Even mk677 causes me to have water retention and that’s one way I know it’s doing it’s job. I’d consider tweaking it down a little and see if that works.

I have had this same issue last time i bulked on hgh.
I added 50mcg t3 and 50mcg t4 and it cleared!!

I also stopped EQ and bold cyp
And Dbol.

I was good after

I think it was low thyroid and changing my mix and adding trest also switching letro to aromasin!

I will do this. I will use some extra adex or take letro 1.25 and see.
I will drop trest ace
I will add t3 25mcg to the mix.
So 45mcg t3 and 100mcg t4 total
