Blasted biceps and tricepts.
Legs with be tomorrow groin sore from twisting carrying something up steps yesterday. Decided to give it a day more to settle!!!

Wearing elbow sleeves, same as last time hgh and deca give me worse carpal tunnel and elbow tendon issues!!!
Ouch!!!

Will post workout later after done working.
And meals.
I have been busy hoping to be caught up soon but still doing workouts and getting this done.

Take care of those elbows. Tendinitis sucks. I know the last time I got it on a cycle I ended up having to quit the cycle because it got so bad. I got sleeves and use them at the first signs now and that seems to help mitigate it.

I get golfer and or tennis elbow all the time.
And the inflammation starts at same time in elbows and carpal tunnel.

Something to add is I can not use creatine!!
I gain a good 10lbs on it but carpal tunnel kills me. Any water retention elbows and hands.
I Think deca causes me to gain water in joints and pressure in tendons gets worse.
Been mechanic since I was a kid. I over developed muscle in wrist hands forearms and tendons never got a rest!

Trying, I do well under pressure. It makes me rush and get things done like workouts.
And I concentrate on punishing muscle in short period of time (because I Gotta hurry) lol

Yes, the pay off on new home will be worth it. My wife working as hard as me.
We Gotta get internet Wi-Fi connected son is losing it without it there all day with us nothing to do.
He had enough of movies. He is bored.

Will get it this week and start new job.
Will be on road 80% of time with new job
During day so will have time to hit gym good!!

Gonna post today's workout and meals in morning
Meals are any and everything, I make best choices I can and get protien in
I am on a lean bulk not gaining weight, lol
So anything is on the menu
Just ate cookies milk and pop tarts.

Not worried when I cut in May things will happen.
Don't have time to engulf large amounts of food that it takes for me to grow atm.
I need 5000 cals plus to gain. That is how I am. So will do what I can and hopefully gain and get in enough food!

I do best on cuts they are effortly the way my metabolism works. I just can't grow with lack of food. Right now I can't get enough need to bring meals.
Getting food 3x a day isn't working then snacks st night once home.

New place in country 6 miles to store and until we done and moved I Gotta pack food.

When my diet is in check I look much better.
I get fatty tissue in lower chest and love handles back fat from the junk.

But yes me too for me to grow MUSCLE I need that 5000cals of clean food not empty junk cals!
I am prolly at 3500 ATM and shedding fat slowly abs really starting to show.
Yes I have protien and not using as much as I should.
I get extremely full feeling from 40 grams whey mixed in only water!!
I will start using 25grams at a time instead and packing clean foods I bring.
After this week we should be moved in.

But yeah it's 6 miles on either way to store.
It's nice area we have a stocked pond in back yard. All homes do. It was dug in middle of where they built up for 4-5 homes on each side. It's a flood zone but water doesn't come near house pads, it's built up. And we can park on hill too.
But if it rains one of those BIG FLOODS I will have a little flat bottom 12' boat to take us to higher ground and have someone pick us up, before being trapped for 4 days for water to recede!!lol
I love it!! But it only floods that way every 5-10 years. It's a river that backs up we close to.

My metabolism had changed on me after a heat stroke, 2nd time I had one. I couldn't eat like I used to would gain fat. But as long as I am on some t3/t4 and Hgh I DO NOT GAIN FAT period no matter what I eat!!
When i add tren to the hgh and t3/t4 I begin to lose fat all of it without even changing diet much I can eat junk and get to 6%. Yes it is a gift but it's hard to gain!!

Leg extension

Calf raises seated

No leg curls groin and ham sore from stair twist

Worked 14 hours a day for past 10 days on house. Still have around 60 hours left then rest cab be done after moving in. It's my place I want it all right. Even had to build 3' platform for ac outside unit.

5 eggs bacon

Protien 25 grams in water

Pork loin on bread white bread. Lol

203 lbs this morning.
Trying to keep bf down and gain some muscle.
I will get photos in better light soon.
Mt2 color I am getting and my light sucks.

And I did mt2 before shower 300mcg
And photos after shower.

I get red for a few hours after I use MT2.

As I keep saying my cut us effortless.
All I Gotta do is add the stack and work at higher intensity diet doesn't get adjusted much!!
Some say I have high metabolism but people who see me say I am like a fly that doesn't stop moving so cals burn that way too.
I am always hyper and don't sit down except to drive!!
I stand up all day and always busy with something in deep thought!!!
I am gonna love my cut stack this round.
Can't wait!!
May start it April 20th for 55 days but 45 always works for me.
It's almost like my body knows or has learned when I start that stack the memory of the outcome has been stamped into my body!! Muscle memory.... Cutting menory....

I got prolly 6 lbs of bf to lose mostly abdomen and love handles and rest of body. That is reason I am trying to gain more would like to Cut and be 205 lbs but...

Funny is my arms seem small atm to me. Lol

LOOK GREAT SIR. Thank you for all of the well wishes. If I may ask a question. I THINK MY DOCTOR IS GOING TO SEND ME FOR A TRT BLOOD TEST IN LATE APRIL. I WILL ONLY BE TAKING A LOW DOSE TO GO WITH THE TREN AND MASTERON. Am I safe with TRT TEST WHILE ON 600 MG OF MASTERON AND 400-500 MG OF TREN ACE PER WEEK? If not I'm going to have to" forget" to get my test done until late summer

If u on tren ace u can drop it 5 days before.
If on mast prop u can do same.

Switch to short esters and drop 5 days before take Nolva 10mg a day maybe 20.

The mast will affect your free testosterone especially at that dose if u don't stop.

The tren will do same!
So u will have poss norm test with extreme high free test.

I don't know what orders are. Find that out and we take a look

Boners so hard from trest in there only 25mg a day
I upped deca to 200 MWF
And lowered test cyp to 150 MWF
Trest and primo daily if I decide 10th stop loaded mast e every day.

I will roll with combo I am
Using till May!!
Poss with keep anadrol same and run till May or up some later!!!

No sides from gear at all but Anicilleries working and have them set perfect
