This weekend I was off days from workout
Today workout chest
Workout at gym!!
Bench press
Warmed up 1x 20
2x12 up
1x 8 up
3x 6 up
2x 8 drop
Incline seated machine loaded plates
Per side
2x 10
4x 6 up
2x 8 drop
Seated pec fly deck
4x 8
2x 10 drop started super setting biceps on
Preacher machine
Cable cross super biceps with cable standing double arm curls from center of tower
3x 10

Blasted Workout and arms were pumped too. Just stimulation my biceps grow when I stimulate one Monday then blast with tris on Friday

Meals been on go what ever i can get
May be will settle down but eating plenty alot if ribeyes and eggs all protiens just don't know where to start it been crazy!!!

I will hang out on gear doses and up clean carbs.
I want gains but leaning at same time.

Want THIS cut in May to be bigger one.
Shooting for 5'8" don't wanna grow taller just longer at a place.. joking

I walked up to 2 of them to ask if THRU and they jumped when saw me sweating with pump and veins bulging out!!!
I don't talk to anyone my ear phone in and use body language!!
I go there to workout no social function for me.
Blasted workout in around 45 minutes not much rest. Plowed muscles!!!

Need better light to take photos.
My lower abdomen actually looks much leaner and better than photo!!

I have big curvey viens that run along surface making view look funny in bad light!

But still have some fat to lose but not much. In cut switch in May it will melt right off.

I am always 5'8"
Yesterday my weight was 204 lbs
My last cut I think I was 197 lbs.
Last measurement last cut was around 5%
It's my avatar photo, wasn't Done!
But lower back fat made up most of body fat it has gotten harder with age I rid lower back fat!!!
I don't know what will happen i was hoping to cut at 205 to 5% but unless I make some gains not gonna happen.
But I know I only need to lose around 6 lbs BF ATM to make cut.
So hoping to gain mostly muscle and cut as easy!!!

That 8 week break and being off TRT dose hurt bad. My test levels were 79 total when retested before receiving TRT again.
Then it took time for body to get back to feeling energy!!!! When that test prop stopped Dec 1, levels dropped to notta in days.
I will never go without constant TRT long esters again in the mix.
If shit happens and I can't get to it or back to it, need built levels to hold me up.
Lol!!
Thinking about going get pellets every 3 months and blast in top of that instead.
It's 100 a month for pellets here blood work included

At least you look like you have a tan. I’m so white that you can’t see much of my definition, especially in my legs.

I used tanning bed one time for 15 minutes. Lol!!
I have dark skin tan brown

But my secret is MT2 250mcg eod and when color holds more with a tan 1x a week I will use at around 250mcg 2x week as maintaining
It's building up but not quite the color I get yet!!!

Super setted with alternating shoulder press machine dropping but around 12 rep range
Worked rack from 40s to 10s on dbs
5lb drop each time side raises then front raises then alternating shoulder press machine then back to db rack dropping 5lbs and same with machine

Getting there for sure. I am changing alot!!
Am alot leaner than any photos show, because of light above and shadows.

In our new home I will have great light.
In bathroom there are 4 fixures 4 bulbs over each mirror sideways pointed towards looking at them plus lights in ceiling!!

A.C. working finally. Was transformer inside the high 240v to low 24v side.
Had changed connactor outside then my voltage was half volt 12 instead 24 and 120 on one breaker 240 on another.
Transformer!! Got it!! Now fooors!!

This week got 3 of 5 workouts in so far.
Have to get 2 more in.
Legs and arms
Will get legs in today this afternoon and arms bis and tris in morning.
Or
Legs in morning arms Sunday morning .

Not missing them, getting all 5 days in every week no matter what!!!

Body really changing getting leaner much more than pics show. Shadows from light above. Messes with chest from over hand and lower abdomen.
But look way better than photos will try on new house bathroom light faces towards and from above.

Hope to keep leaning and gain some quality muscle before I hit cut in May.
Have around 7 weeks left to lean bulk

Then will have 6 weeks to Cut May 1 thru June 15th.
I will go all out till June 15th cause I will cruise after on TRTdose, primo, mast,
hgh 3-4iu and only t4 but will stop all t3 and or t4 before TRT appointment in July.
He is doing labs with TSH and FREE T4
Included so will see but prolly will put me on t4 maybe mix of both!!

About an hour ago.
Eating pre-workout meal with protein taking
Cialis 10-15 mg, Anadrol 50mg, Proviron 50mg and going workout legs!!
My body sore bad from working on floors and tearing out soft bad sections at doorways.
Laying on side beating a mall with prior nail bar and wood chisel.
Now gotta lay 2200 square foot of floor with sealing adhesive.
So hitting this workout and busting add again all weekend
