Just went do phlebotomy.
Hemoglobin was not bad.

So I let a pint go prolly dropped to 15 now.

With Anadrol wanted to keep down.
Blood pressure
130/80
Heart rate 72

So gonna up protien and try to add in db work in house and make muscle of day adapt.
Or do gym instead of home gym in garage.

I have gotten best results from 2 a days gym workout then another pump for 20
Minutes with db in house

Also I bought alot of supplements because I got limp.... from prolactin tren and hgh!!
So until cabar came I tried supp route.
I have had the worst luck re-upping gear and Anicilleries if u guys would only know.
Mb4 team would have beat the crap I delt will domestic.
I tried to get easy and everything has been tough.
I really almost walked away from all and I mean all of this other day and still considering....
Just too much bullshit sometimes just to use some gear. Wtf!!!
Maybe I shouldn't have said this but it's been my experience lately!!!

I know how irritating it is when your expecting something like that to be smooth & it go's to shit. Whatever domestic brand it is, hopefully you get it lined out. I hear ya on the m4b. They really do have great gear. If I win something in this contest, I'm probably going after their PureGear bulk! They've gave me some free stuff before, so I'll probably spend some of my dime this go around too

I just had bad luck with things.
My research stuff coming big thanks to them!!! I just had bad luck it's wasn't directly anyone's fault on gear, just sometimes anything is possible.
But things are working all for best!!!

Just reason my cycle was switching and having things in the mix because of wrong esters and products at wrong time.

So it all seems confusing but it's all I had to work with!!

But Big Beef, I am surprised I lost 3 lbs since adding Anadrol not gains or pumps yet. But hoping I can get ripped gains.
I have a buddy who does everytime!!!

But I also dropped tren a and started npp then deca, tren had stomach Fwcked up!!!
And prolactin too! Omg! Insomnia bad!!

MM sent me message one night and said it's past 3:30am don't u know the witches are out!! Lmao!!! He was getting up his early usual for his day and saw me on board!

It's Friday spending time with family.

I lost more fat but went thru change switching gear esp off tren a. Until cut!!!!

Body not looking as good but will get fuller and come around!!!
Lose more fat get fuller and cut and get tight and full!!

Got all 5 workouts in this week!!!
Anadrol gave me what I was looking for in aggression and feeling it while lifting!!!

I haven't seen any gains it's been a week at 50mg.
Lots if aggression working out and STREGTH.
So should I go up to 100mg ANADROL a day????
This is the one roid I never used before out of all mainstream steroids.
I have high tolerance to Androgens!!!
And I love that I got NO bloat from 50mg as compared to 50mg of dbol!!

I have an anabolic environment right now
I am debating on upping this Anadrol from 50mg to 100mg a day?????

I am keeping control through diet and high intensity workouts over water and fat gain.
I want only lean bulk gains.
I also added Trest at 25mg a day and first time with it too.
I will drop but playing with trest seeing what it will do for libido!!!

So anadrol should u go from 50mg to 100mg a day????

No need to up the drol for Lean gains I have been up to 200 mg Ed and if u dont feed the drol carbs you won't see mass gains but will help you maintain lean mass

This is my outlined gear plan.
Meals will according to mirror
Training will get more and more high intensity to the point of heavy for first
20 minutes.
Then nonstop muscle exhaustion supersets 3 burst movements pause rest and again and again for total of 35 minutes more around 55 minute workouts

This is my no cardio method that gets me sweating heart rate up and animal comes out. Unleashing beast!!! People stare and move out the way I don't talk earphones loud as they go and I dont wait if someone is on machine I improvise if they between sets I jump in and on next super set before they done resting and texting or whatever!
They literally move out my way!!! Lmao!!
And their girl gives looks.... I better shut up!!
But it's how I cut!!!

I ate meals not best stuff working on new place we moving into.
Will nail all workouts M-F.
Getting to bed hitting chest early in morning.

My weight is 202 this morning
Height still 5'8"
Bf%??? Not much more than 10-12% if so.

Staying busy helping me out too!!
So trying to get fuller a little muscle and cut in May this contest or not I always come in for summer!!!!
