I am flat, no pump had one this morning!!
I really cut carbs!!
I am gonna deprive myself hold up on cut stack and var then throw in Anadrol at 50mg a day
Got these just for kicks.
If i would shave growth cuts would show more.

Did this for workout.
Squats 2x15, 2x8, 4x6 (345 on 6 reppers)

Leg press 2x10, 4x6
Loaded plate
Off back position

Leg press seated pin weight load movement from seat NO band crap
4x7 off heals super set 4x7 off front of feet then superset calf raises 4x12

Leg extension 2x8, 4x6
Superset bicep seated no cheat arm lock from below waist to at chest shoulder position 2x10, 4x7

Seated calf raises 4x11
Superset db curls 4x6 (55lb dbs)
Superset ab machine 4x14
Superset lighter leg press 4x12

Then finished by working set weight easy curl bar rack that gym has.
Didn't read weight prolly 75lb down 5 bars to 20lbs?? They were dead didn't matter!!

Workout time 75 minutes
Average heart rate 125 highest rate 165 recorded for total of 13 minutes total.
I have an old Timex Ironman watch I still use.
This is where I adjust to go between anaerobic threshold to red line zones.
I also do it with heavy bag and or Eliptical for additional 25 minutes gotta get it set up.
And don't have trailer to haul back today hitched up!!
Tomorrow morning.
HIIT is something I come to love and mastered a place with a certain diet works everytime!!!

Meal 1
4 eggs 2 piece reg bacon coconut water 860mg potasium
Meal 2
(Pre workout) protein low carb do gh with it think it's 9 total carbs! Sugar free red bull
Meal 3
3 large pieces of catfish fried only with icey
8 dried apricots
Post workout
Meal 4
An orange and dried mangos 1/3 cup
Meal 5 later
Will be mostly meat
Meal 6
Low cal fat free yogurt
Water with 2 tbs fiber and 2 mineral oil
Same vitamins and minerals and supps as last night.
That will be every night

☆☆Also NO VIT C supps or multi vitamin.
My red blood hemo goes up from these!!

Adding in a supplement bought last 2 bottles.
I take to lower estro on top AI without adding more AI if possible. And to lower Cortisol and they worked great for prolly 6 years.

I am good completely.
The issue is my mother in law really ill atm!!

But yes tren does do that with mind!!
When it starts I lower my test. Right now I am calm as can be just waking up grumpy!!

But laugh because it's like this in morning.
I grab hgh out fridge, rush to bathroom, grab t3/t4 and try to take before I gotta sit on toilet!!! I dance in place cause I wanna eat asap after that hour longer hgh fast!!
I also have meds I take one sublingual so I want that over with too!!!

But all hormones stable and all cylinders firing!!!

Changes coming. Shaving helps alot.
Need to go tan 1x it been 3 weeks mt2 needs boost. Hadn't been in Sun past week either.

But check it out! Tren kicked and getting every thing dialed in.
Diet, heart rate intensity getting better and better, going like nothing breathing great and heart strong!!

Took these just now post shower and shave!!!

No filter no pump just cropped with sticker.

Using heart monitor and learning settings again.
Now I am cleaning diet.
Low carbs
And the coconut water, apricots and magos are to be sure I hit 4800 mg potassium a day. It balances sodium and cuts water and swelling my bp gets 110/60 with heart resting rate of 65 when I do this.
My max was higher than that in workout but only recorded longest max.
Setting better looked up instructions.
Love the watch. My woman got it for me 5 years ago she hooks me up with the things I want but would never buy!!
Even my heavy bag. Lol!!
She likes bag too Mauy Thia she gets into it when she wants to firm up.
She is still on her 1 meal phentermine diet .
Lol!! But she is 5'4" 135 25%bf great for woman. Tits make most if their bf%
Reason muscle girls low in bf have none unless they fake! Lol

So true about the tits! I don't like when women loose to much weight. If they do... there go's their ass & tits! Obviously, you already know that. My gf has more ass now than she ever has, but wants to loose weight. I'll take her out to eat more, so it's all good lol.

Fat% tits are always better than silicone. Just my opinion.

It just adjust the lighting in my opinion but we can do that by angles and by lighten in a room to another or having someone snap with flash.
All in all we would all have to be in same light for it to matter.
Or have to not allow tans, lotions, shines, oils, even a pump or not. Then would it be fair if one had better gear than other.
Or hgh and not....
So I have no problem with filter or better camera.

Thing about it is filter is available for all...
Being fortunate with gear and hgh isn't....

I just wanted my option up.
Don't hate me but every photo shoot has light adjustments.

I brought it up cause I have used it time to time. Love the black and whites!!!

Not on any photos that are official with paper legitamacy info anyway!!
Filters are just settings in photo editor that change color light etc. Sort of like adjusting your tv are what a photographer does to your originals and then u chose the ones they edited.
On some cameras there is settings to change before photo taken as well. It changes light, glare, highlights etc...
I also know that there are apps that can go further my step daughter the oldest uses on photos of face she post. They bring out eyes, cheeks, even make face longer or shorter but camera angle does that too.

I will work hard to get leaner, my bf was lower at end of lean bulk and then went up 2 points first 10 days of Cut Stack.

So have to work harder but this week bf went down some. I will keep using MT2 for tan and use bed once a week if possible.
It's enough with MT2!
Only thing I can do is the work and discipline myself more. To look better tan, shaving, fullness and blood flow with moisturized skin helps.
I have acne trouble with any oil or lotion!!
Can't use them, I wash with reg body wash, then with acne wash every shower my whole body!!! Hate the acne I get and it's the same places constant only thing that clears it completely is the anti-biotic clindamycin!!
Need some of the cream.

Better than that I have some Ceflex good for skin and Clind caps.
I will look up dose of script creams per gram and I will make my own cream!!
I just need a cream base of something with same ingredients are equivalent!!

I know hand sanitizer with peg and some other stuff makes great transdermal for certain raw steroid powders like Dienolone I made and used prolly 6 years ago!!

I know how to fix just about anything as mechanic and electronic or electric too.
Wood work etc.. and even better can make things like transdermal, liquid orals, injects, all that stuff. But only for myself I have in past.
I still make my own BAC Water!
I use distilled water and my Benzoyl Alcohol. Correct measurements and a sterile vial

No workout today.
But I look in mirror and see tren appearance starting.

Trouble spots getting betrer.

Today ate some crap...
Not too bad though!!.

Snow ball with ice cream!!!

Gear today same schedule.

Man my glutes are sore from leg work yesterday!! Ha ha..
Not to bad though.

Going get heavy bag with stand tomorrow and some free weights.
I gotta extend ceiling in my man cave dungeon here before I can bring home gym from other place in fam property.

So heavy bag with stand and one of Ellipticals are coming and in house.
She uses those too.

Feeling great!!

No training today.
Spent with families on both sides!!

I really am adjusted to the hormone change I had but as I said I would counter with some water and fat then within 10 days start TRENNING OUT!! Lol!
Change by the day again. Suddenly very lean again.
This happens everytime with me changing from lean bulk to cut stack
