With illness in family not able to keep schedule with time like I like to control.

Like to fast from 8pm-7am workout at 5:30am to 6:45am with only 50 grams protien and water before workout.

I am dialing in diet now and watching mirror and also watching mirror for intensity level and total time per workout and week.

So watching mirror on those things above.

Think I got AI dialed in
Tren finally kicked in. Tren ace but what I mean is hormone spikes from long esters clearing and body reacting to tren.

I have anxiety, and ears pop! Or feel like they will. It's a panic type anxiety I get from triggers especially in Tren.
Night sweats or minor, indigestion is minor and I add fiber and it helps.
Only chewed a tum here and there and only 1-1/2 every few days!!

Strength getting back up and cardio is great with focus and aggression!!
Really getting in zone working out!!

Diet needs work and I need to go get my heavy bag with stand coming in house in community game room I call it!! Wife can deal with it bringing Eliptical one of 2 I have and curl bar with some weights from storage.

So more work in diet and cardio intensity training!!
Will do extra 35 minutes at home of circuits if heavy bag Muay Thai, kick boxing , weights and Eliptical to warm up and cool down. 3x wk or better.
On days I hit muscle group at gym will do ligher high rep for some exercises weights combined in this intensity circut.

When she leave going get loaded and unloaded here. Surprize!! Lol

Took a power nap!! Ate and Gonna get back down soon!!
Lowered carbs!!!

No training today but I am sore as can be for regular training. I don't get sore often!!

Tomorrow training regroup. I have been doing around 4 workouts a week cause the high intensity workouts take that much out of me u need break....

Leaner today and feeling better tren def kicked in
Leaving every thing like is.

My plan is to lean down as much as possible then A-BOMBS!!!

Gonna get lean then full!!
If all plans well this cat daddy will Use Anadrol 50mg on this cut!!

A little depleted, carbs lower, stress and sort of deflated some.
Loose skin will tighten up like lower outer chest!
But thank u sir.
Behind on workouts with illness in family but it's my fault I need to get up and do it earlier at like 3:30am

I am not a bragged at all but when I hit those water parks i look exotic like a f7cking Terminator with viens out muscles buldging!!

It feels good to be either the most physically fit freak or when there is another monster he gives me that look and we clank hands and all respect given.

We come in all sizes but are recognized by low bf and muscle with small waist and bulges like woman have curves!!! Lol

Time to get it on!!

Yes sir it is. She is 12 years old. Have another 315lb set of weights on rack too.

Waterparks, I love them with my kids.
I have 11 and 5 at home.
We go to some smaller cheaper ones
There are 2-3 an hour in either direction and a big big one.
We do smaller it's easy and only 12$ person compared to 64$

Today got shoulders and triceps was Gonna do abs but got cut short.
Killed it though

Feeling deprived of food somewhat but...

Yesturday I did back workout and Hams.

Today was
Shoulders and triceps
Shoulder press 2x15
4x6
Shoulder press machine 3x12 inner grip hammer

Cable upright pulls into overhead press
4x6
Super tricep seated rear grip pushdowns

Cable bent over raises 4x6
Super standing palm up front raise 4x6
Super tricep pushdowns single duel grip back against pad 4x9

Did these till dead
Db side raise then front then tricep kickback then inner grip press
Did 3 of those each to failure non stop reduced weight as needed!!

Super pump had an appoint and wanted more.. dam!!! Workout lasted 65 minutes.

Meal 1
4 eggs bacon 2 strips 1 wheat bread
Then workout
After workout meal 2 protien 60 grams 1600 cal bad boy to replace food time short
Meal 3
Lettuce wraps 2 with lean meat and carrots
Meal 4
Lean ground meat loaded on 1 wheat carb smart tortilla
Meal 5
Will be yogurt and shredded wheat 1 cup FairLife whole milk with 2 tbs fiber and 2 tbs mineral oil

I am cutting carbs once I am where I wanna be I will lower calories 600 and start Anadrol at 50mg a day!!!
