Ok fellas
Did Phlebotomy today.

By the way I have been diagnosed with polycythemia and have standing order as needed!!

For years I drained a pint every 3 weeks to 5 at most. I have gotten anemia more than once and had to take iron.
I do iron testing 2x year or every 6 phlebotomy's it's mandatory at blood bank!!

Anyway went 3x in August drained 1 pint 3 weeks out of 4.
Haven't went back since Feb and again today.

Somehow hgh and t3 have made this stop with blood going high constant cause it's only change I made.

Hemo 16.6 before draw.
Hematcrit 49%
Bp was nervous but at bf I am at BP never issue it's been 110-120/57-71
Pulse been around 68 lately.
Today BP 132/71
Pulse 98 bpm
Was nervous not going draw and Anadrol, Deca blast thought I would be at 20 hemo!!

I am lucky to get my bp that low with meds! I can keep systolic between 135-140 usually & diastolic between 75-83.

Mine gets higher with more bf!

Keep doing what u are and it will do wonders.

My TRT Dr gets on my ass if my BP high.
I saw him first about 5 years ago at around 8% maybe 7 so he expects that and tells me he wants my weight at 190 no more! Lol

He is a hypertension and diabetes specialist and does my primary care.
It's cover by insurance at my age.

But I really feel better when BP is good

And really it's not bad to stay on longer with test at blast of 500 wk
Just use 500iu hcg to keep testes function
And then pct.
20 weeks is best for getting past sticking point.
Growth won't be huge with plateau but androgen binding will increase fat loss and decrease catabolism
Oh... I'm sure. I feel like shit when mine gets high!

My favorite cut stack ratios are
Tren ace 75-100mg everyday
Test p 50-75mg everyday
Mast p 125mg everyday
Primo ace or e 100mg everyday

So will adjust when see fit.
100mg a day all the above work great too as long as life is chilled!!

I feel better that I did phlebotomy I was 16.6 hemo but very very hydrated so add a point and say 17.6 at least!!! The stack I was on deca and Anadrol surprised it wasn't 19-20 hemo!!! Lucky me!!
But feel like I am ligher and bp feels like it's really really good now!!!

There was my long post.
Will let things adjust till end of week or early next week and measure body fat.
The change in hormones and stopping prednisone for hands I am not adjusted yet I can tell myself!!!

Gonna follow same meal plan pattern 6 a day but add in more fiber and roughage!!
Tren constipated me! It either uses or burns everything I put in.
Need more fiber and veggies. Store on list
Fiber bars
Dried fruit and nuts
Oranges
Prunes
Salad
Sweet potatoes
Etc. Etc.
I am fixing to start salad, fruits, nuts, every meal if possible.

Indigestion started slightly but making diet adjustments
NO TEA more acids tomatoes etc...

So was off from gym today.

got meals in sticking to reg stuff I posted and much much cleaner.
It's regular GOOD eating habits I am following
Around 3500-3800 cals a day
I will change things slowly.
BF low enough for me but Gotta go lower for this comp and not Gonna rush it and lose hard earned muscle!!!

Not really, but will continue leaning and pop 50mg Anadrol with 75mg winny last 2 weeks possibly!!!

Will do 2 different leg workouts a week as I see fit....

Tomorrow think it's back, Abs, with some biceps!!!
I am getting most muscles in more than once a week but it's the way I do high intensity circuits!! I have full recovery though. Photos don't show but bf% low.
And 2% more at this point is around 1/4 total so it's a huge difference.
Shooting for that 2% and diet will be adjusted more.
I really didn't have a bunch of weight to lose and with my metabolism and high intensity a strict diet would of only hurt.
I am not packing in protien these days as it just sends me doing phlebotomy's every 3-4 werks then iron gets low.
Health important, I am not crashing my lipids, harming my liver, nor Gonna labor my heart with thick blood!!!
In 40s and after using gear for as long as I have polycythemia developes!!!
So I do alot if things different because I have a condition that developed around 5 years ago now!!!
I get labs 3x a year and do Theraputic phlebotomy as needed!!!
Kidney function is impaired from too much protien over time with gear. And non alcoholic fatty liver disease developed with body mass of over 33 for most of year no matter how much body fat one has!!!
Body stores fats to fuel excess muscle!!!
I wanna look good but not die to be big!!

Almost at gym
Working out shoulders, tris, abs ,calves

Getting 2 egg bacon McGriddles first to eat.
And workout immediately after eating

In hurry wife Gotta go back to hospital and I will be with kids. So have about an hour to rush.

It will be rough. Unless there is a miracle heart failure inevitable. So praying and trying to be there for my wife and hope I can do what it takes for her. So this and that can not collide.

Gonna get photos with date and stuff today before MT2 pin then a little later after cause my skin and shine really changes for that day. If i get any sun it's even more drastic in that period.
Well if I can get photos with all going on.

I have natty Olive skin and get bronze with sun or tan bed.
I fight acne face, body, forehead, shoulders, chest, jaw area and Lower back on sides.
Tan bed usually a must.
MT2 helping my skin in much much less acne.
I also have a great tan that is 90% sunless!!
Everyone comments about it and it's not too much.
It does shine and photos are tough in wrong light or I look flat brown in places from shadows.
But I paid 10$ for vial I am using still half full and it's been since Feb 26 I think.
Plus I have another mt2 I grabbed for like 20.
This is very cheap and had helped my skin and body with more than a tan!!

Also tomorrow Gonna get diet fixed.
I am nausiated from the pizza and have a sick kid I am dealing with.
Plus the things in life atm!!
Tren with emotions sort of getting to me.

Forgot to mention but adding 2 tbs of mineral oil and 2 tbs of fiber to 8oz water and drinking before bed.
Tren made me constipated and usually the indigestion follows that.
Used the cocktail last night and filled toilet this morning.

Got a photo of it full too!! Lol

Also I was squating heavy last summer and had to have thrombosed Hemorrhoid surgery and lazy vessel or whatever down into leg.
