Use restroom take 50mg Anavar 50mg Proviron
Around 4:40 drink 45 grams protien and water
Gym 5am
Bench press flat bench free weight barbell

Drop set 2x9

Incline loaded plate press machine
2x8
4x6
Superset preacher curl machine 2x10
4x6

Pec deck 5x6
Super set rope curls 5x7
Superset ab machine 5x14

Incline db flys
4x6
Superset db curls 4x6
Superset cable cross 4x10

Hammer curls thru rack till dead.
Dips forward leaning with legs shifted towards rear back and forth with hammer at rack and leg raises from dip position
2 sets till failure

This will be followed close with rest only between bench sets and then just between movements may be 20-30 seconds.

So planned workout there.

I think you've got it covered brother. I sure you've got it covered. as you told me, I will be switching to test p to go with my tren ace, mast e and t-bol. Still with the .5 adex, 10 nolva, .5 anti-p 2 times a week and 20 mg GW everyday. I feel like that I have a good deal going on , then I read your list and WOW. I might not be as covered as I thought. I'l will keep grinding " as if the invaders are coming" Love that one.

I am pretty low, I think I nailed it.
I used my high intensity workouts with right gear combos and got ripped before CUT phase. My bf% is low and I think I may get to 4-5% easy.
Everything I used in perfect timing with training and food. And used no fancy supps or protien it's all in the food!!!

I am trying best and amazed at how I changed.
Photos in a week will be wicked!!

I do not have t-3, I would but we are moving and I don't have 2 nickel to rub together right now. My doctor told me I lost 3% body fat and was around 12% when he last measured 10% according to him. But I think that is off I think about 12%. I'll post pictures soon and you can tell by looking at them.

I had a fluctuation in water and other things from completely jumping from lean bulk longer esters with deca, trest and Anadrol crew to SUPER CUTTER stack.
I had to stop ai (Aromasin) and restart with adex slowly to dial in as estro conversion will be less but still have to adjust to new hormones so notice I have little more in Lower back (first place water gets for me)
And appearance not as full or hard!

It's only thing keeping me together sometimes.
Changing jobs, moving, drama that strikes can be a blow!!!
I have been picking intensity up as it's been going.
I am at where I was with intensity and cardio.
In the gym people just watch because no one else trains in this style or even close.

I just tell them it's security to be able to eat good and still get ripped!!!

Well fellas this is it.
Time to get body fat low.
My stratergy involves nutrition and or mostly a high intensity rate that I have conditioned myself to do.

9 times out if the the better condition with cardio and intensity training the lower the body fat.

I say this cause I have ran into disagreements but not intentional.
It's conditioning self to be able to do the things that body can only do if conditioned!

I have learned to tweak training with food to get ripped effortless!!
But it takes work and hard work but the frustrations of it not coming are what I mean as effortless and coming!!

Then around 40 of HIIT with no complete rest!!
So staying under load at high intensity for 40 minutes.
Workouts ranging 50-105 minutes.

I am not eating clean!! And calorie intake well over 3500!

I used to be able to run higher calories and not eat clean and still maintain low BF. But as I’ve got older it has become harder. I’ve also moved into a management position which can be sedentary. I’ve found that when I eat clean, I feel better and I don’t have to work as hard to meet my goals. I still approach every workout as if I am preping for a competition but that’s just me. We all have to find what work for ya and the more we do it the more accurate we can be at getting our bodies dialed in.

It's like putting reg 87 in a Lambo ....not good ...but if u can get away w it hey more power to u and I completely understand the feeling selfish about making your own meals seperate from the family,thankfully my fam encourages it.

Kids and I been eating same alot. Mine I includes alot more meat!
The problem I have is I crave sweets but it's cause bf getting low and the right fix is more long acting carbs but I been lazy in that way.

When our life isn't more settled eating cleaner easier.
I sometimes wonder if something is wrong, where does this stuff go?
But my family looks at me and says, slow down!
I have always been driven!!

I always been border line hypoglycemic since I was a teenager and sweets are my fix and if i miss a meal I get shaky!

Ok fellas
Did Phlebotomy today.

By the way I have been diagnosed with polycythemia and have standing order as needed!!

For years I drained a pint every 3 weeks to 5 at most. I have gotten anemia more than once and had to take iron.
I do iron testing 2x year or every 6 phlebotomy's it's mandatory at blood bank!!

Anyway went 3x in August drained 1 pint 3 weeks out of 4.
Haven't went back since Feb and again today.

Somehow hgh and t3 have made this stop with blood going high constant cause it's only change I made.

Hemo 16.6 before draw.
Hematcrit 49%
Bp was nervous but at bf I am at BP never issue it's been 110-120/57-71
Pulse been around 68 lately.
Today BP 132/71
Pulse 98 bpm
Was nervous not going draw and Anadrol, Deca blast thought I would be at 20 hemo!!

I wish I timed things different.
On tren I have never gained a pound of fat ever only lose fat!
I came in too low at start of Cut Stack.
I will only lose from here, as it gets lower I need carbs and sugar to get thru!!

My metabolism will not change from this point unless I stop workout out or become inactive somehow!!

I have genetics for cardio as well serveral runners and Boston marathon qualifiers multiple times in family and lots of cardio intensity members.
And get this the low cardio output from tren... never happened to me!!

I used to wonder if my red blood cells would get higher from too much cardio intensity that I have built up.

I studied how body works and metabolic rates from stimulation and forced efficiency thru exercise and intensity rates.
I was drawn to this and then I further learned about androgen binding and fat loss.

I always loved rush of high intensity there is one guy I know @Ketsugo, he understands this level and he keeps his bf low in same manor of intensity!!!

I am cleaning diet and really we bought new place, ok with things but been working side jobs making ends meet until I start new job in next 14 days. To be honest I haven't been able to spend that extra $ at store.
I have protien in cabinet I don't really use.

I eat good, but need to replace sweets with long acting carbs but still need 3500-3800 cals atm.

Times been rough alot if extra expense with issues. But I have sucked it up and when I am hungry for more in life, this has always been my times to push to get thru.
Not complaining it's just driven me to decide within, I will be bigger, faster stronger and get thru this!!!

All I want in life is to work out use my little gear, provide and love my family and be remembered as a good man!!

These months have been rough, and this commitment has helped me to be a part of something.

But really contest or not I was getting ripped as I do for every June anyway!! Lol
I have done 2 cuts per year min for past 15 years. Before that I used to train for size only and keep bf of around 11-14% but was 220 most of time.

Lol! Tren is keeping me calm as can be so far but listen to the crap i just spilled. 1 pint low on blood and listen to my psycho babble!! Forgive me leaving it. Lol
