Also an update on the tren ace night sweats. I was prescribed nurontin, (gabapentin) it seems the night sweats have all but gone, still there but NOTHING like they used to be. Any of you guys ever heard of this?
Sweats usually come to me if I eat a lot of carbs before bex
Me too. If i eat sugar the bed is drenched and I get up and eat more fruit roll ups are fav. I go back flip cold pillow and get under covers.
Other night took sleep aid and prednisone first day for hands and bed drenched.

Tonight will be my first tren pin (Cut stack)
Me and woman decided we will have me use Sep blanket and something under me she got, so she can wash that everyday instead of whole comforter!!

I had cut them down later in the day. For that reason. But still worse than last time. Then the gabapentin still no carbs late in the day and next to no sweats, so I had carbs late a lot of them and still very light, the only change was this gabapentin. I just was not sure if this was a thing. I have to ask you Doctors, I'm sure if I asked my doctor, if the gabapentin would help with the night sweats......... no more gabapentin which I love, and no more trt. you guys are cool I don't think you would cut my trt off. Is there any real benefit in switching to test p from test c at this point?
I myself have less water retention with
test p and the benifit is to lower faster for last 2 weeks to come in cut!

And for me with tren ace if sides start and say i am using 75mg day tren ace and 75mg day test p, then I Lower test p to 50mg and sides gone in 2 days.

I am speaking of tension sides, irritableness and impatience that I am on edge.
Test too high makes way worse with tren!!
Lower test and all gone!!
Being we speaking of it that agitation is only side Anadrol would give me then a tension headache after!!

This is my take on it from trial and error.

I myself have to run tren ace at at least 75 mg a day to get fat burning benifits and it's better at 100mg a day but this round I am primed and don't have much fat to lose so hopefully less does it!!!

Also it's the way I get leaned out when
Non aromatase gear is used. Meaning adjusting the test p makes difference in leanness in 2 days....

Got chest workout in.
Did it on home gym that is still at old place in family owned shop.
We fixing old place up to be sold and moved. Just touching up and spring cleaning.

Chest workout was less intense...
NO Anadrol and stopped some of ling ester gear last week and it's mental to know that...

Bench press free barbell

Incline bench press on Smith

Good workout but not real intense but good lifts.

Meal 1
4 eggs 2 wheat toast
Meal 2
Yogut banana
Meal 3
Chicken tenders a few potato wedges for carbs (on the go)
Meal 4
Apple, canolope, watermelon pieces and protien shake
Meal 5
Big bowl of homemade chilli 2 pieces of break wheat
Meal 6
Raisen brand with 2%milk

Also drank fiber and tsp of mineral oil not playing with tren. Lots if fiber keeping bowls loose and flowing!!!

No or minimal tea as it kills acids in stomach.

My plan is to eat lots of fruits and veggies with fiber and eat acidy foods to keep digestion flowing.
This is the way TO Not get indigestion.
If i start to get it will adjust diet and do a colon flush natural all in ones from heath food store. Also taking garlic!!

Haven't went shopping for all foods but will.
And u will notice I eat alot even on cut.
I dont count calories I know how yo adjust potions and know what my body responds with intake.

I also would rather eat food than take protein shakes. But I think the eating is the hardest part, I know most important also, but at around 2500 maybe 3000 completely clean cals a day no matter how I space them I'm a stuffed pig and just feel like lying around. I am trying to work on it, I have added things like olive oil to shakes and cook eggs with a lot of it just for more dense cals. but that is a lot of fat, also natural peanut butter I have added. I have gained 10 lbs since this started. we will see how it ends.

So 3/4 is 75mg of each
Did last night and tonight

Got chest workout in.
Did it on home gym that is still at old place in family owned shop.
We fixing old place up to be sold and moved. Just touching up and spring cleaning.

Chest workout was less intense...
NO Anadrol and stopped some of ling ester gear last week and it's mental to know that...
I don't have super cutter. I have some of the same stuff in it (tren a, test p) I only have mast e but it works, I also don't have and unless something changes will never have primo, or anavar. I do have t-bol. dreal deal said to add at 40 mg per day. to the above. So that is my super cutter. Hope it works.

Also drank fiber and tsp of mineral oil not playing with tren. Lots if fiber keeping bowls loose and flowing!!!

No or minimal tea as it kills acids in stomach.

My plan is to eat lots of fruits and veggies with fiber and eat acidy foods to keep digestion flowing.
This is the way TO Not get indigestion.
If i start to get it will adjust diet and do a colon flush natural all in ones from heath food store. Also taking garlic!!

Haven't went shopping for all foods but will.
And u will notice I eat alot even on cut.
I dont count calories I know how yo adjust potions and know what my body responds with intake.
I adjust with mirror!!!

I do fruits and vegetables with lots of protien meats and to be honest until today I haven't had protien shake in over month prolly!!
Didn't do much for me. I take vitamins not much protien drinks unless I can't get to s meal and u take no fancy supplements.
After years of using u realised i was wasting money!!
Food is better than any supp!!

Gear. Thyroid, hgh, and Anicilleries with right food. The vitamins and whatnot or for antioxidant and health benifit not muscle building!!

So this is my take and tried it all!!
I see that you have b-6 in your list. I forgot to mention that I am also taking that. if I remember you said that was a good thing to take while on tren.
I use it for nerve pain in hands it helps and prolactin on top of Cabasar

Abs look more defined.
I will go thru skinny phase as water drops off then tren will give me protien and max nutrient efficiency along with Anavar and Primo. Then I will fill up in muscles more.
This us something I can count on since I figured out how to use it in best way for me anyway.
