Fellas No training again today!!
The switch in hormones F8cking with me bad.
Will up the stack till it kicks in.
Did extra stuff last night from bottles not quiet empty that I pulled rest out too so...

Anyway will try again tomorrow feel like I am just weak.
Needed rest and need to give time for body to get adjusted to the change in things.

Anyway still changing everyday

Bf%??? Getting low.
Have veins thru everywhere
Stomach as many veins out as Abs.

I am happy way things are going and I know without a doubt I will be grainy as can be and muscle will be exaggerated!!

I have gotten on this track many times before and all I can say is my diet usnt strict at all and when it doesn't matter and body ripping anyway that means I got metabolic rate to the max and perfect.

Training myself to be a fat burning machine is the goal and I nailed it

It gets to a point that my body becomes more effient to what I am putting it thry and enough food necessary to hold muscle cause fat is just shredding.

This is what's going on. Will go eat more snacks. Fruit roll ups, chips and cereal as not joking

My lower back fat is my trouble spot.
My body fat is around 6-7% ATM according to more than one experienced trainer!!?
I measured on calipers and got 6-7% as well
But I always go by experienced trainers that can look and nail it or very close to it!!!

So I am gonna keep pushing staying at this range should force trouble spots to be used as stored energy!! Like lower back fat!

I wanna work on legs and will slow down intensity now that I see I can manipulate bf with intensity and cutting cals a little!!!

I will get grainy I have been here before lots of times and I end up hard and grainy!!!

My diet isn't clean at all but I know what my body burns and what it doesn't.

I gave a guide here on what I do and how I use gear and PED's.
I am not bragging but I know alot about gear and how it works, with binding affenities and whatnot!!!

I use mast and proviron as a tool for its binding affinities!! And it helps release alot of bf with the right combo!!
I have been training 45-60 minutes 4 times per week and sometimes 5.

I have done zero cardio on its own but my high intensity workouts very few people can complete at my pace!!! Very few, so my cardio is from that.
And I have a very high activity level during day. I also am a firm believer on eating more releases more.
But I know and have learned to train my body to become more efficient and learned how to raise metabolism, get rate high then I become a fat calorie burning machine.

Meaning diet is not strict at this point in time but I know exactly what my body needs and what too much is!!

Also I haven't used any expensive are cheap bodybuilding supplements and I only use protien drinks when I can't get to food.

Most days I have no protien drinks but I get my food in. And I have no schedual of protien drinks with my meal plan.
I said from the start of this that I was getting metabolism going at gate then switching gear then switching back.
I also said that my way my be unconventional to most.
But I know what works and more importantly I understand how our body uses food, amino acids, and synthesizes protien!!
I use no amino acids they are all in my diet!!!
No training today.

I have liquid adex
And adex 1mg caps.
I use 0.5 adex 2-3x week on this stack.
What i do with caps 1mg??
Just wondering if I can try 1 a week or use liquid and get lower more frequent?

Ok went used 0.5mg adex and will go from there.
Gonna hit arms biceps at home and legs at gym over weekend
Will continue the course of 75mg of each 4 roids in super cutter and may add in more tren a and mast p Or keep some mast e and add tren a to make 100 a day tren.

Will see.
Sometimes I like them all at 100 a day
Have tren e too but won't bother.

Need another quick bottle or 2 of Super Cutter like I have or 2 300 blend of test tren mast short.

I think you've got it covered brother. I sure you've got it covered. as you told me, I will be switching to test p to go with my tren ace, mast e and t-bol. Still with the .5 adex, 10 nolva, .5 anti-p 2 times a week and 20 mg GW everyday. I feel like that I have a good deal going on , then I read your list and WOW. I might not be as covered as I thought. I'l will keep grinding " as if the invaders are coming" Love that one.

I am pretty low, I think I nailed it.
I used my high intensity workouts with right gear combos and got ripped before CUT phase. My bf% is low and I think I may get to 4-5% easy.
Everything I used in perfect timing with training and food. And used no fancy supps or protien it's all in the food!!!

I am trying best and amazed at how I changed.

Today no training but muscle stimulation thru work and on the monkey.
That is my ab work.

Tomorrow doing intense leg routine and bicep stimulation db and What ever else they wanna lift.

During summer spring ripping party time I do differebt types of workouts.
Non conventional.
I learned this over years of lifting and training.
Once am warmed up I keep constant cardio and work load with rest to refill water or walk to next area to superset.

Today I make NO MORE PERSONAL RECORDS ON LIFTS!!!
But I make records thru intensity and being able to go thru at heavy weight without much rest constant load
Learning to contract muscles with ligher but still heavy weight, it's those contractions getting them faster instead of after rest
It makes training harder and worth the extra push!!
