bb bench press:
-60kg 6 reps
-70kg 6 reps
-80kg 6 reps

incline press smiths:
-70kg 6 reps
-80kg 4 reps

db shoulder press:
-25kg 6 reps

-27kg 6 reps

db laterals:
-15kg 6 reps

db rear laterals:

db shrugs:

bb curls olympic bar:

Comments:

my strenght is coming up, pretty happy about this session and i am happy how the diet working for my body. during the laterals and curls the vein in my should popped out, it was inasane lol, i love veins when dieting :keke:

i did some back,tricep on tuesday in a other gym so this was intresting

bb rows:
-100kg 6 reps
-110kg 6 reps
-120kg 4 reps

deadlifts:
-130kg 6 reps
-150kg 4 reps
-170kg 2 reps
-180kg fail

pulldowns
-70kg 6 reps
-80kg 6 reps

db rows:
-45kg 6 reps
-45kg 6 reps

lying extension w/straight bar
-32kg 6 reps
-32kg 6 reps
-32kg 6 reps

one arm db extension:
-15kg 6 reps
-15kg 6 reps

comments:
-This is one one goes to the recordbook lol. some guy did like 3 sets of the 130kg deadz then i did my 3 sets and he watched me so it was kinda intresting, but he didn´t say anything, i wonder if he was pissed at me or some, but it was pretty good and intense workout, pretty happy about that

okay here we go some legs and cardio

squats:
-100kg 6 reps
-105kg 5 reps
-110kg 5 reps

leg press:
-220kg 6 reps
-220kg 6 reps

stiff leg deadz:
-100kg 6 reps
-100kg 6 reps
-100kg 6 reps

leg press calf raises:
-220kg 8 reps
-220kg 8 reps

seated calf raises:
-4 plates 8 reps
-4 plates 8 reps

cardio:
-running on threadmill 16 mins at 10,0 speed

comments:
strenght coming slowly for the squats but other than that im pretty happy about this session. i´ve not been doing cardio for the last week and a half so i´m gonna start doing that.

today i´m 82kg in the morning so tomorrow is 19 weeks out, will post pics next when i´m 16 weeks out

Those are some good weights on stiff deads max. You should get your squats up though becasue there almost the same weights. Good weights for hams though.

just wanted to mention that i´m now 80kgs, that is the morning weight, so that means i´ve lost 4kg´s in a week, stay tuned for more updates on my transformation

Hope your looking good and it seems like your on track. 4kgs is a lot in a week! Maybe it was mostly water along with fat or your over dieting and losing fat and muscle. just listen to your body Max. :xyxthumbs:

Max, good to hear this, but don't think for a second that you can cruise into the show and be "really lean". You should try and be in show shape 6 weeks out, and I'm serious, come in truly ripped this time.

-i´m looking better by the day now, veins in my left shoulder are coming nicely now, i don´t see that vein really often so i´m happy about that. pretty good session and really happy about it, strenght coming up so exspect great things to happen
