what do you mean? like professional in some way? i hope that's not what you mean. and speed can't be taught or earned, you either have it or you don't.

i´m going to practice for the local team, i´ve always been pretty quick so it won´t be a problem, endurance is my main problem

Max how tall are you? what position do you play in basketball? if you are looking for more endurance, I suggest you spend waaay more time on aerobic activity. Cross-training and mixing things up a lot.

i´m pretty short 5"11
i play shooting guard but i sometimez play point guard
thanks for the tip
i alternate days for cardio,day 1:sprints,day2:longer duration 35-45 mins running.

im not trying to disrespect you or anything, but you seriously need a male role model in your life!!! im not sure what your current situation is but you are really trying to hide from the reality of this life, you keep switching your goals day to day, this is very self destructive and will leave you doing circles your whole life, be realistic with your goals and finish what you start, with that being said its ok to take another direction with your goals but you are F%cken too extreme, you change goals more then i change my damn underwear.. start what you finish and do yourself a favor and find a local church or some sort of positive group that can lead you in the right direction, because from what i can see you are totally lost dude..

today was core,chest,back,shoulders cardio

dips 2 sets. lets just leave it as that

db flat press:
-25kg 20 reps
-27kg 15 reps
-30kg 12 reps

pulldown:
-40kg 20 reps
-50kg 15 reps
-60kg 12 reps

db shoulder press:
-20kg 20 reps
-20kg 15 reps
-22kg 12 reps

core:5 sets

this was a running day so i did 45 mins on the treadmill 9,0

i was suprised that i kept all my strenghts after getting so drunk and hang over the next day. won´t do that def for the rest of the year

im still sore as hell in the obliques after the sprinting. so that will be intresting to do them tomorrow, i hope i´ll be healed by then

i did 1 suicide then a break, so i´m in terrible form but it will improve when the summer is over:tiphat:

not much i did today. basketball practice + some legs

leg press:
-220kg 6 reps
-220kg 6 reps

leg curls:
-130lbs 6 reps
-150lbs 6 reps

pretty happy how my shoot is coming along, i exspect great things to come

i´m going to hell anyway so i don´t care, those who i train with see the pull ups and dips so i don´t care what u guys think of me. don´t even post the numbers just say that i did pull ups and dips

today i just did:

5 suicides with break in between each suicide

i think i will just go to the gym once or so, need to be in shape for basketball so that is my main priority this summer

if your goal is to really play basketball then your not going in the right direction.

you need to take the time you are training and go practice. yes sprints will help you in basketball, but that doesnt mean shit if you cant play. maybe train one or two days a week if you like, but just go live on the courts man. thats the only way you will have a chance. unless the team you are trying out for is crap anyway.

i play basketball by myself in the gym at nite after my workouts
over and over..im not that bad for a white boi
