If you're training for a fitness comp shouldn't you be doing extra reps for increased muscle endurance?

okay max, this is ridicolous, stop bullshitting, no one is gonna buy that ure up there with the record holders in pullups. and like ironslave said, if ure doing 6 reps with 65 kg pulldowns, then there is no way in hell u can do 47 pullups.

Max, we'd respect you more if you made a video of you doing pull ups with strict form. This is only way you can re-deem yourself from this mess you have created.

dude, in that video u posted u did like what 25 reps? and only 5 of those were with decent form, the rest were half ROM, back swinging miserable pullups. how the hell do u expect us to believe u can do 47? 25-47 that is one hell of a difference man.

Actually, all were kipping pull ups. Not 1 decent rep.

i suck at pull ups, after 8-9ish reps, shoulder pain comes outta no where, and the more reps i try to force, etc, the more i tear my shoulders, even trying cheating pull ups it hurts, least you can do those MAx...

did today arms,some abs and cardio

kipping pull ups or fitness pull ups
-37 reps. chin touching every time and i guess why i got 47 was cuz the the chin didn´t always touch it. i´m not proud of that, but i want those reps to increase
-30 reps

close grip bench press:
-50kg 10 reps
-60kg 8 reps
-70kg 8 reps

db curls:
-17kg 10 reps
-20kg 8 reps
-22kg 5 reps

db laterals:
-10kg 12 reps
-10kg 12 reps

cardio: well i did 6 suicides+ basketball, pull up and shoot from the key,baseline and 3pt

yesterday i did core,legs,chest,back,shoulders

leg extension:
-210lbs 12 reps
-230lbs 10 reps

squats:
-70kg 10 reps
-90kg 8 reps
-110kg 6 reps

leg curls:
-110lbs 10 reps
-130lbs 8 reps

calfs leg press:
-180kg 20 reps
-180kg 20 reps

db flat press:
-37kg 10 reps
-40kg 7 reps

db rows:
-35kg 10 reps
-37kg 8 reps

standing bb shoulder press:
-40kg 8 reps
-50kg 6 reps

then did like 3 sets of core, 3 diffrent exercises with a med ball, since i´ve been going to bball practices, i need more core power

in this log i won´t be pulling up heavy numbers, since i´m trying to be a bball player but i will compete in this fitness contest, don´t care what u think about them. for now my bbing is over and i´m looking forward to be competetive in bball, still i go to the gym 5x a week just low volume, 1 exercise per bodypart 2x a week

since i ain´t that tall i think i can be pretty big but also be very fast

what do you mean? like professional in some way? i hope that's not what you mean. and speed can't be taught or earned, you either have it or you don't.
