yep, but those are fitness pull ups, what you do is you use your hips and arms to get ups so it´s a little bit easyer to do pull ups

Those are called kipping pull ups.

today i did some chest,back,shoulders cardio

dips:
-45 reps
-38 reps

db bench press:
-35kg 8 reps
-37kg 6 reps
-40kg 4 reps

pulldowns:
-55kg 10 reps
-60kg 8 reps
-65kg 6 reps

incline bench press:
-60kg 10 reps
-70kg 8 reps
-80kg 6 reps

shoulder press:
-25kg 10 reps
-27kg 8 reps

some abs 3 sets

cardio: 5 mins running on 12

did also work on my shooting on the court. 7/10 FT

did today pull ups, arms and shoulders, some core work and cardio

pull ups:
-48 reps
-30 reps

pushdown:
-40kg 15 reps
-50kg 12 reps
-60kg 10 reps
-70kg 8 reps

db curls:
-15kg 10 reps
-17kg 8 reps
-20kg 6 reps

db laterals:
-12kg 15 reps
-15kg 6 reps

core work with a weight ball 2 sets

some endurance cardio: running at 10,0 for 25 mins

think i´m gonna rotate the cardio session: like 3 session of running at 10,0
3 session running at 12,0

didn´t do any shooting today, let´s hope i can do some shooting tomorrow

if your goal is a bigger back, then it is stupid to do something that utilizes almost all momentum. who cares how many reps you get, what matters is how well you worked your back. you must look ridiculous while doing these because judging by your photos you cannot do 48 pullups properly

my goal is to do as many pull ups as i can for the fitness comp and also as many dips i can also for the fitness comp

So you you can do more kipping pull ups than these guys? You need a video of these pull ups you do before anyone believes you.

yeh i´m saying that i do more pullups than these guys, they did 43 i do 48, i don´t see why i would need to lie on this forum, yeh i did on the other forum but not on this one, i won´t be taking a vid of me doing the pull ups. you just gonna see it when i do it in the comp. i might even do 60 in the comp. i´m at 48 now so i think i can reach 55-60. i don´t care if you guys are gonna be haters but i stand by this numbers and i think i can improve them. the comp is in 5 months so i have lots of time to improve
