kinda empty:rofl3: but it´s real sweet to have your own crib, kinda easyer to stay on point and just eat what is good for me, but later it will be awesome when i have bought more stuff

there will be a change in my diet soon

but for now i´ll continue the :
100g carbs
200+protein

but in june im gonna give some crazyness a shot:
300g carbs
200g protein
10-20g fat

it´s a bad idea but i´m gonna see how that works, i should have started with that, but during that meal plan on my off days i´ll be eating no carbs just protein and fat

few photos of me taken today and yes i´m fat but im gonna transform my body trough kinda high carbs to start with atleast

i´ve not been eating a whole lot of calories this week cuz have so small amount of money for this week.

@natzo & el freako: my back seems to grow without trying but at this point i want a thicker back. feel like my lats are good

but im gonna post here progress pics of this better eating and just being a bodybuilder, for this month i´ve been eating like a bodybuilder and i just know it will pay off and reduce my fat

today i did power upper no calfs tho

squats:

deadlift:

-180kg 1 reps PB OR PR my best atleast of all time

so tired after this i couldn´t do the cardio, i ate bad today had a glas of soda not proud of that

just figured out that i can´t do 300g carbs becouse of money so all it´s like this:

400g protein
100g carbs
20g fat

no training tomorrow cuz i want to make a deed and give blood and hopefully help some ppl who need blood

i think it´s the same but the thing is my living situation, i don´t have a fridge so all of my food is basicly from supplements,protein powders and a meal replacement shake, hopefully i´ll have a fridge next month
