Hello,

I know this question was asked a long time ago, but it was mostly about overall muscle flexing when measuring muscle sizes.

When measuring a flexed chest, should I make my chest as big as possible? i.e. flex chest and lats?

How do the pros do it? Is arnold's 57in chest size completely flexed or unflexed?

You flex the other muscles so I don't see why not chest also... its just flexing lats seems like cheating.

Thanks!
