session today was good, i couldn't go heavy on shoulders coz this time its my left rotator cuff who hurts pretty bad :( always at shitty weather my cuffs feel shitty too :disgust:

Inc Leg Press: 450 / 640 / 900 / 900 (12reps)

hectic bicep session, dont get to pumped or you'll pop a blood vessel and bleed out, this once happened to me back in the volume days when i did 22 sets lol! memories.

Awesome session man!! seems like ur sessions are ataking long to finish!! u did all that work and u had to cut out ex?too much in on shot IMO...if u are running a 4 day split i would consider runnung a 5 day so u can seperate all the ex. you want to do more equally

Nice pb on those cg presses man!! 205 for those is no jk!!

Keep up the hard work and dont overdo it....ur muscles can only take so much!
