split is following:

chest goes with triceps
legs on single day
shoulders on single day
back with biceps
i do abs pretty much every workout, calves now and then..

hey fellas!

haven't been around for a while, just took it easy and had some rest and stuff..

have been working out the last week but was too lazy to write it down lol

heres todays legs and shoulders session,

time: 50min
weight: 255lbs

inc. legpress: 450 / 640 / 900 (12 reps each set)
squats: 135 / 225 / 315 / 315 / 405 (10/10/8/8/5 reps)
hack squats: 5x45lbs plates a side for 2 sets with 8 reps atg
rev. peck deck flys: 4x12 with 120lbs
bb behind neck presses: 135 / 135 / 135 (12 reps each)
squat down, up behind the neck press: 3x5 with 225lbs
db side raises: 3x10 with 35lbs

thats all i did today. friday back as usual.. :thumbsup2:

weight: 254lbs
time: 55 min

deadlifts: 135 / 225 / 315 / 405 / 500 / 500 (10/10/10/1/1/1)
pullups: 4x to failure
one arm db rows: 100 / 110 / 120 (12/10/8 reps, nice form with squeeze)
ez-bar curls: 85 / 85 / 135 (10/8/6 reps)
db hammer curls: 55 / 75 (10/6 reps)
seated calf raises: 6x20 with 5x45lbs plates

thats it for todayyyy

great back session as well. strong deadlift and pullups.

ya legs have always been my fav. body part :) i just can't go light on dem' haha

i've been working out but had no time to do log stuff etc.

here from today:

weight: 254lbs
time: 50min

benchpress: 135 / 135 / 225 / 225 / 250 / 250 / 250 (10/10/8/6/3/3/2)
inc. db benchp: 4x10 wiht 90lbs
hammer strenght benchpress machine: 275 / 315 (10/8 reps)
cable extensions: 130 / 150 / 170 / 190 (10/20/17/15 reps)
ez-bar cable biceps curls: 130 / 150 (12/10 reps)
seated db hammer curls (very strict): 35 / 55 / 60 (10/8/7 reps)
bb shrugs: 225 / 315 / 315 / 315 / 405 (15 reps all sets)

thats it..
