since its a deadlift,benchp. and curl competition and i only do deadlift and benchpress i try to get a minimum total of 900 which is Deadlift 550 and bench 350.. everything over is very welcome
and its a 100% raw event, no wraps, no sleeves etc.
inc. legpress: 450 / 640 / 900 / 1260 P.B. (10/10/10/7 reps)
squats: 225 / 315 / 315 / 405 / 455 (10/8/8/6/4 reps)
leg extentions: 3x12 reps with 150lbs and 3sec. squeeze
one legged leg curls: 2x20 with 90lbs and super slow with squeeze on top
stiffed leg deads: 3x20 with 315lbs
