i think i overdosed the beta alanine today in squat session, after a while my whole body started itching and i threw up after squatting 455 lol people just starred at me haha

chest on sunday

flat db benchp: 100 / 130 ( 8 / 4 reps)
V-Handle Cable Extensions: 120 / 140 / 170 (20/18/15 reps)
ez-bar close grip extensions: 140 / 150 (10/8 reps)
seated calf raises: 4x15 with 5x45lbs plates
db shrugs: 95 / 100 / 110 / 130 / 150 / 150 (12 reps ever set)
hammer strength crunches: 3x25 200lbs

inc. leg presses: 450 / 640 / 900 / 990 / 1080 (10/10/10/10/8 reps, very slow negative every single rep, my shit was on fire !! )
squats: 135 / 225 / 315 / 405 / 455 (10/10/10/8/4 reps, stopped puked LOL )
hammer strength crunches: 4x25 200lbs

that gay dude harassed me again today, i told him " dude i told u leave me the f' alone before something is gonna happen to you" :49: he looked with big eyes at me and said sorry and left :49: :49:

traps 2-3 times a week since i really started with no traps lol. i want some joj traps and it comes really nice actually.
