I like Oscar....

but he needs to shut his f'n mouth. I also don't like how he keeps priding himself over the 2009 ASC victory, which I felt Kai could of been better that night. Sure, he was full as hell, but he could of been harder. Kai nailed his conditioning better several times in the previous years before that victory.

I personally think Kai was out of the top 6 because of his gut. Usually it is only obvious when the bodybuilder turns to the side, but when Kai faces the front, the stage lights actually reflect off his gut like they would the surface of a balloon. As far as musculature goes, he needs more traps. When Kai stands next to all other bodybuilders it is noticable his lack of traps. It is a damn shame because every bodybuilder seems to have nothing but traps, few actually have legit lats, and Kai has some of the best lats in the game. I really really hope him and Oscar can admit their faults this time around. Hopefully before he gets colon cancer from all the red meat and carnivore.

Fair point but I disagree on this. Kai's Olympia gut isn't bigger than in his ASC victories and believe me, ASC judges "hate" much more guts than Olympia's.

I personally beleive it was because he was flat and wattery, the pic tkD posted in the Oscar Ardon interview post explains everything

and dexter looks fukcen badass in my avatar, there will never be a pic of branch looking that good.

Dexter really deserves more, he has gotta be the most consistent bodybuilder ever, and he has improved quite a bit since last year.
