Eight weeks out from the Olympia, Samson Dauda is deep into prep and feeling the grind. Unlike past years, he no longer worries about losing size or fullness when dieting down—his foundation is locked in. The sole mission now is to get absolutely shredded, suffering through the process to bring his most peeled look ever.
This video marks the start of something special: Quinton “Beastwood” has joined Samson in the UK for three weeks of hardcore training. With Quinton prepping for his own show in Europe, the two are pushing each other through brutal sessions and sharing knowledge to refine their physiques.
Their first workout together: calves and chest. Heavy Smith machine incline presses, intense drop sets, hammer strength chest work, and calf-blasting sets made up the session. Both athletes pushed to failure and beyond, showing the level of intensity required at the elite level. After training, they even hit posing rounds to gauge progress and sharpen stage presence.
Samson also highlighted how recovery has become a huge advantage this prep. His new sauna-and-hot-tub routine has been a game-changer, accelerating recovery and reducing soreness so he can keep training at max effort.
The camaraderie between Samson and Quinton sets the tone for the next three weeks: relentless work, suffering through prep, and chasing perfection before stepping on bodybuilding’s biggest stage.
Samson is ahead of schedule, focused solely on conditioning, and now has Quinton by his side to raise the bar even higher. The next few weeks promise some of the most intense Olympia prep content yet.
