I thought it would be a nice idea to have a powerlifting league table. Would be good for some friendly competition. This will make the site more interesting and offer something unique to the site.

Everybody is welcome to add their totals, don't be shy.

To enter you must post your weight, (in kg's) your best squat, bench, deadlift, total and finally your wilks. Then and only then will I include you in the league table.

All are eligible to enter regardless of equipped lifting or artificial enhancement - that's your choice.

|
|1) Squat - Must hit paralell at least. Don't quarter rep a squat and claim it as a 1RM - that's lame.
|
|2) Bench - Bar must touch chest, butt must remain on bench and full lockout.
|
|3) Deadlift - Deadlift off floor, knees must be locked out.

I will also include a top 20 'Wilks' table which measures strength based on bodyweight.
However only include the bodyweight at the time of which your performed the lifts.

Their will be four 'weight' categories for you to enter.

-Super heavyweight (110kg+)
-Heavyweight (90kg-110kg)
-Middleweight (70-90kg)
-Lightweight (0-70kg)

awsome idea too bad im weak
Bodyweight- 215lbs(98kgs)
Bench Press- 230lbs(105 kgs)
Squat- 270lbs(123kgs)
Deadlift-310lbs(141kgs)

total= 369

wilks total= 226

My lower body ercises need to be higher. Ive been squating for probably only 3/4 of a year and dling for half a year :tear: i wish i started sooner

Mine i haven't maxed in over a year cept on leg press lol oh well these are real close to right though

Bodyweight - 122.73kgs
Bench Press - 154.55kgs
Squat - 190.91kgs
Deadlift - 204.55

Wilks total = 314.660

How do you come up with the wilk's total? Here are my lifts:

Bodyweight: 81.82 kgs
Bench: 118.18 kgs
Squat: 159.09 kgs
Deadlifts: 175 kgs

Someone help me get the wilks?

Haha, I'm sorry sweetie. I am bulking so eventually I will be out of the weight class. Then I will prolly be last :tear:. But until then...someone update it. I want to be #1 at something!
