I don't really have a post workout regime. I just eat as much of whatever I can, whenever I can.

I always have white rice and raisin in a smaller "lunch-box" :) And sometimes I take banans/rice cakes!

W MAIZE is a waste of money

I stick to dextrose no real reason to get fancy...
