its an intra workout it should be the same as all the other intraworkout supps, what does it have? i had the first one to come out from athletic something it was super good!! you get the tingling feeling in your skin from the beta alanine but you get used to it.

I think it a preworkout drink but this product really new at this point many businesses and online store aren't carrying the product as yet.
