The article is somewhat truthful about the forgotten bodyparts. Most of people do train forearms and calves but with the same intensity as watching television. They just pump hundreds of reps while checking themselves from the mirror. santaton It requires great intensity to get great muscles and this applies to every musclegroup. :xmashsughrun3:

I iso train my forearms aswell as them getting thier ass whooped in my arm day from heavy curling, and I also will from tiem to tiem take the 150 DB's and hold on to them for about a minute for about 3-4 sets.

call in ms palmer and her 5 daughters, after that you will get some ferocious forearm cramps. in turn, huge muscular forearms.
