Nothing to add here that hasn't already been said. Great lift buddy, and for the love of god get some sun. Your extreme paleness blinded me... I can barely see what I am typing.

I'm going to Turkey and Egypt for 3 weeks later this months. With any luck once the sunburn fades I might actually have a tan.

Great lift man! Isn't a little bit dangerous for your bi that "reverse" grip?

220kg... (metric system FTW).... you nearly got 500 hundred solid-ass pounds! (227kg)

ROFL!!!

The reverse grip is as dangerous as squatting, or power cleaning.
Many people in stupidity or heat of the momemnt to pull inches off a failing lift will pull up with thier arms to lock out, and when that occurs you can rip the bicep by overloading it beyond it's capabilites

The reverse grip is a very safe grip when used by someone who knows what they are doing.

as for bodybuilders not using it, that is understandable as thier physique is thier life and career so I can see why not taking the possible risk.

Then, we agree... it's risky. Of course all lifting movements are, but reverse grip is not the safest.
