Cable Crosses

Skullcrushers
40x12, 75x6 + 2 forced reps
Tricep Dip Machine

Yea CO as for the smith press I was going to do machine press but two skinny retards were on it doin half reps with way more weight than they could handle. So rather than lose my cool, pump, and jeopardize my workout I went over to the smith machine and did my work there.

In an effort not to disappoint I tried to up my weights on every exercise by at least 5 pounds. I was feelin fuckin awesome again today. I have been doing some mental reflection (15 mins of re-living life in Iraq and my friends I lost) right before my workouts the last two days and man has it been working. Here goes:

Seated Smith Press
warm up 95x15, 115x12, 165x5 1/2 + 2 forced reps (best in a long long time)
Side Dumbell Raises
20x12, 40x7 +2 forced reps drop to 20x5
Front Dumbell Raises
25x10, 40x6 + 3 forced reps
Machine Shrugs
250x12, 275x8 + 2 forced reps
Upright Rows
95x9, 115x6 + 2 forced reps

And the end of this I wasn't sure whether or not I wanted to puke or pass out.

Dumbell Row
80x10, 110x7 + 2 forced rep
Standing ez bar Curl
40x10, 60x6 + 2 forced reps
Machine Curl (just like the one Dorian used in blood&guts)
60x12, 90x6 + 2 forced reps

I was so fired up after getting 405 up that I wanted to smash my head off the wall. That was the heaviest I have gone since 2006 and just 2 weeks of being back to hardcore training. Can't wait to hammer out legs on Sunday.

Saturday I did cardio 45 mins on the stepper. Sunday and Monday I took off . Tuesday I did 1 1/2 hrs of racquetball cardio. Today was Legs and I felt like shit all day but still managed to get the job done. Here we go:
Legs
Leg Press
warm up 3plx12, 6plx8, 8plx5 drop to 5pl for 4
Leg Curls
70x12, 100x8, 120x5 + 2 forced reps
Walking Dumbell Lunges
35x10, 55x8
Leg Ext
70x15, 140x10, 160x6
Straight Leg Deads
135x12, 155x8

Hopefully I will feel better for tomorrow Chest and Triceps

Thanx Prince. yeah the press I am doing them Dorain Style ... slow (3sec) down the pressing squeezing as hard as i can
