Today i didnt have much time.. but this is what i did...
Bench Press 30x44lbs, 10x110lbs, 6x154lbs, 4x176lbs, 10x154lbs
Seated Chest Press 16x110lbs, 5x154lbs, 12x110lbs
Incline Press 2x12x66lbs
Tricep machine 2x20x132lbs
Tricep Pushdowns 12x110lbs, 16x132lbs, 16x132lbs,
Bicep Curl-Cable 16x110lbs, 12x132lbs, 12x110lbs
im going in to Music Festival on Friday...so tomorrow im going to train abs and shoulders and wednesday im going to train my back...Legs are in Sunday..
