I have my first bodybuilding show in about 6 weeks.

I am currently over 260 and under 7% bf. I will be competing as a superheavy. Scared of the posing trunks.

I train on a 3/1 split currently. I do a myriad of things with my training. I mix up alot of things from heavy straight sets, extended sets, supersets, giants sets and drop sets while adding negatives, partials and static holds as well.

Ladies and gentlemen, the leader of the MM Powerlifting League :hhj:

Damn impressive video, Future.

Don't worry about the trunks; I was on swim team in high school and you get used to it :keke:

Thanks everyone. I am getting to the mental point where I think I am not good enough, look like crap...etc etc. I know I am not physically the frame of a bodybuilder. I am wide in the waist and hips. Still I want to be very lean and striated to overcome those failings as much as I can. Structurally ugly or not, I want to be ripped up.

Inspirational training man, the weight you're able to move astounds me. Will you be putting up weekly posing videos on the way to your contest?

Well strength clearly isn't of any concern whatsoever. Incredible lifts!!

As for your psychological trappings - you clearly have the muscle mass to do some damage at your show byt getting into condition I'm sure you will easily overcome any shortcomings you believe you may have structurally!

Cutler managed to win 2 'O's remember! :)

Insanity, dude. Obviously we all think you're moving the pyramids or something, but how's your strength doing being six weeks out as compared to a normal? Also, how tall are you?

I tried this piece of equipment by Paramount:
http://www.paramountfitness.com/pro...ate_loaded/_multi_use/total_chest_fw8700.shtm

It pretty much was impossible for me to use 2 45's on each side. It was awkward. Not sure how effective it would be. I'll try it again at some point but the thing would pull my arms out as I was trying to press. More of a "power fly" than a real pressing motion.

1. Hammer Iso Bench Press
**couldn't even fit in the damn thing**
45x20
90x10
135x5
strip x failure x 2 (180, 135, 90)

2. Incline Bench Press **wide grip and slow negative**
strip x failure x 2 (315, 225, 135)

3. Cable Flyes
35x20x3 **30 sec rest between sets**

4. One Arm Pushdowns superset w/ One Arm Cable Curl
3 rounds

5. Nautilus Tricep Ext superset w/ Naut Preacher Curls
3 rounds

Done.
