Nothing taxing but a little workout. I was actually still pretty pumped from the session. So that is something.

Still sick but feel alot better. Breathing is a little rough at times. I was having some trouble during the workout as well. I weighed about 250 so I have gained some weight back. I still feel pretty weak but overall I think I should be ok. I am taking my time not to rush something since my shoulder has been hurting so much.

Squatting was ok for not doing it for so long. Used my close stance and felt pretty good overall. My lower back was pretty weak and out of shape. It was nice to not have the hip pain as well. I think the closer stance AND all the resting helped.

Not a bad session. Liked the slower reps for my chest...and I didnt feel like my shoulder was going to blow up. :) The incline tri ext were pretty cool. My arms were really pumped up.

Good workout especially after a stressful day.
