Its alright, but i'd say up and down the dosage
after you asses your tolerance (up to bout 3 scoops)
try 3 scoops first workout, then 1.5 scoops, then 3 scoops again
if you keep using the same amount of scoops doesn't quite do much.
As you use any nitric oxide supplement, your receptors undoubtedly become more tolerant thus making the necessity to up the dose as time progresses. This product and superpump worked the same for me, some days pumps were stronger, some days pumps were weaker.
Another note on these, take on an empty stomach. Faster absorption and you'd be more comfortable throughout your workout. Good luck.
The first time I used it I felt "stoned".. After my body got used to it I felt good pumps and upliftid my stamina but, in between my work-outs I had to cool down because I felt like if I was about to collapse!!! I had my gains but it only took a month to see them go away!!
I have been taking Methyl Mass with Propadrol and I can say this shit does work!! People are telling me how my body frame looks more firm and how big I'm getting .. As far as side effects go..... I have got a few minimal extra small piples here an there and my hair,penis & nuts are still in the same place and same size!!!! OHH and my chest is growing HUGE MUSCLE so no "bitch tits" what so ever.
I just started using it again after about 6 months off the supplement. Ive tried both No xplodes w/ the CEM3 and the AVPT and for some reason I dont get the same adrenaline rush that I used to. I only took it on days I lacked energy so it wasnt as if my body got used to it. I still got a decent pump though.
