Can you post some stats and stuff to go with the routine?

Also be carefull of burnout and injury with Max-OT.

tim:i am 22,training for 5 yrs. done max-ot in cycles but im gonna be on it steady now,best gains i ever had. currently i use supplements from twinlab creatin t3 and the protein and also glutamin. im around 200 lbs(90kg) now 5"11 or 180 cm. im From Germany
